Highly Recommended!
A very nice place to stay in Spokane. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful leafy neighborhood. The backyard was nice for relaxing in the sun.

Driveway was tricky. The bed in the second bedroom was little lumpy feeling and may need updating. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Thank you for making our trip easy and comfortable.

Family Reunion
We came to town for an extended family reunion & needed a place for our small family. This house was in a great location, adorably updated, and fit the bill perfectly. My daughter loved finding the game cabinet! My first time w/VRBO and the host was super kind while communicating the process with me.

Ideal retreat from stressful days!
We Stayed here during my daughters brain surgery. Long, long days in the hospital and coming to this home in the evenings was the best. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The owners make sure your every need is tended to in your home away from home. A beautiful flower bouquet was on the dining room table as our wedding anniversary happened on one night ofcour stay. Such generous, kind touches mean the world when you are under severe stress. Another reviewer complained the driveway needed updated and not to bring a truck. We had to drive our truck and had no problems utilizing the driveway at all. We will definitely return next time we are in Spokane.

Great Sleep
The main thing for me is a comfortable sleep and it was. I slept in the back bedroom and slept great. The house was comfortable, love the sofa recliner in the living room. The only drawback was a very busy street. I had to find it on a very rainy dark night and with the traffic, it took me a while. But that was the only issue I had. I loved walking through the beautiful neighborhoods in the morning looking at the houses. I'd stay there again.

COZY BUNGALOW
This home was a super nice place to stay. The area was quiet except for the cars driving by which is mostly during the day. The beds were comfortable, the decor had a rustic type charm. It sorta reminds one of grandmas house. We loved it and we thank the owners for their fast responses to all our inquiries. (One thing to be aware of, the driveway needs updating. It does ok with a smaller type car so we were glad we didn't bring our truck)

Exactly what I expected
From the welcome board at the front door to the little details of automatic accent lights coming on at night, this house was well decorated, clean, comfortable and convenient. I will stay there if I’m back in Spokane.

I love this place

Perfect Location
Super cute little home with a wonderful king size bed and everything we needed. We walked to the store, brew pub, and great pizza at republic pi! House had everything we needed- nicely updated but still kept some vintage charm. Close to our friends home so we walked everywhere. A great stay!

Home away from home
What a gem! From the moment I walked in to cool A/C, a warm welcome greeting on a chalk board and fresh flowers on the table, I knew I was 'home'. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee, tea, and hot cocao pods at the ready. Wow! Everything is clean, comfortable, and of good quality. There is an outdoor deck and a backyard seating area where I enjoyed watching squirrels run up and down the trees. The host responded immediately when I had a special request. I highly recommend this house as "the best place to stay on the south hill"

Fantastic
This charming house was perfect for out weekend get -away. It is located on a main street, making it easy to get to our adventures, yet it was quiet. It was furnished with everything we needed, I was imptrssed with the quality of the furniture.

Perfect Little House!
This house was just what we needed for our trip to Spokane. Everything was super clean, beds were comfy and linens smelled great. The host was also very accommodating when our flight was cancelled and allowed us to book another night last minute. The only tricky thing is backing out onto 29th during a busy time, but no biggie. We loved this place and will definitely stay next time we are in town.

South Hill Gem
My wife and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks. We loved it. It was convenient to everything. It was furnished very pleasantly and with everything we needed. When we contacted Keldon, the owner, with a special request, he helped us out immediately. We had a wonderful time during our stay in Spokane and highly recommend this home. If you stay here, be sure to check out Rocket Market, the most eclectic corner store you will ever find anywhere.

Very Comfortable, As Described, Enjoyed Stay
Very comfortable in every room, great beds and linens, well furnished, nice touches. Owner responds to questions immediately. A few minor details would've preferred different, but not enough to impact rating (such as no alarm clock, very low water level in toilet, neighbor proximity.) It is a charming house, close to bus stop and pretty close to restaurants and shopping, clean and obvious care went into remodel and upkeep. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Great house and location
Great stay. When we arrived the snow was shoveled and the house stocked with everything needed for a good stay (blankets, coffee&tea, board games, laundry amenities, etc.). The house is in a great location near restaurants, grocery and close to downtown.

This is an adorable home close to lots of fast food, gas stations and a grocery store. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer and hair dryer came in handy. I highly recommend this home and I will be booking this again.

Convenient Location and close to all
The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to many restaurants, stores, Parks, etc. The Host was very accommodating and communicated with us for any needs we may have had. The beds are comfortable and we had everything needed in the kitchen and throughout the home. The only thing that bothered us was when first entering the home it had a cigarette smell. It wasn’t too strong but was noticeable.

Everything You Need Is Here
My family and I spent the week at Keldons place. We had our a three year old and a 11 month old baby with us during our trip. It was perfect for our family. My three year old was able to help herself in the bathroom, as the sink was on the shorter side. Both kitchen and bath have handheld sprays/showerhead, making it easy and convient for bathing my children. Keldons place is very clean, I felt comfortable to let my 11 month old crawl around. A fan was provided for both rooms, to help with white noise, which is definitely a must need for our family! The location of the house is on an arterial road, and minutes away from grocery stores and other amenities. Keldon was very quick to respond to my messages. Overall a great place!

Super clean and quiet
Yes, the house is on a busy street, but don't let that deter you, you would never know inside. And, it's in a safe and cute neighborhood. It's close to stores and not far from a great park. There is a nice back yard set up. Inside was cool and comfy. The reclining couch is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. It was a wonderful home away from home. The owners responded to a question within just a few minutes. We had a great stay. We will be back!

The house was clean and well equipped. Loved the charm of the place. The road in front is very busy and almost impossible to back out of drive-way onto road. We always had to drive down and turn around at bottom of drive-way, which is very narrow and limited in space to turn around. Other than that we loved the place!

Super charming little house
We found the home to be exactly as described. A truly comfortable cozy little house, that was very clean. There is a 4 lane road in front, but it is not noticeable in the house. After dark the neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen has basic stuff, and is functional for any home chef. There are 2 grocery stores within a mile and downtown is only 5 minutes away. We will definitely stay again when we return in the fall.

Stayed before Christmas with family.
It was very clean and had everything you could ever need. Even a fan for us fan sleepers. It snowed the whole time we were there and the sidewalk and driveway was cleaned every day. I had a couple of questions about clean up and stuff and the owner responded promptly. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything.

Comfortable and very well decorated
Went to Spokane for my daughters graduation and found this gem. It is comfortable, well decorated with lights in the fireplace and bar, the kitchen is has everything you could possibly need, beds are comfortable and within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants.

Lovely Home and Beautifully Decorated
The home was comfortable and had everything we needed; even some extras. I wish there would've been a little more communication (check-in / check-out process) from the owner but he was accomodating and responsive when I had a question. Beautiful home on a busy street.
