The staff accommodated us very well. We had 3 rooms and had a little trouble with the air conditioning. they changed us right away and the young hostess Evangelia was just lovely to deal with. It's a perfect location central to everything. I would visit again for sure..

Location and staff are excellent. However, we booked and paid for a superior double sea view room and we’re allocated rooms 348. It was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet because there was no space for your legs between the end of the toilet and the shower screen and you had to shower sideways to get wet because the shower was in a really narrow recess. The bathroom door didn’t open properly because of the tiling and neither the safe, fridge or balcony lights worked. The bed is a concrete base and very uncomfortable. We saw inside another room which was much better.

Very convenient location. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The rooms was immaculate and even though it was the one room which hadn’t been updated, it was comfortable and adequate.

I stayed for one night and was very happy at the hotel. I liked the contactless check in via an app on my mobile. I also enjoyed a good night’s sleep on new beds. The room was modern and spacious with great sea view. If again in Spetses I would stay again

Overlooking pretty harbour.
The hotel is very central, close to shops, bars and other amenities but at the same time very peaceful as it's in a pedestrianised area, so no cars or noisy scooters. Happy staff and a lovely atmosphere. They have their own bar outside where you can have drinks, sit and watch the world go by.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Väldigt centralt och därmed kan sömnen bli störd. Vårt rum var slitet men billigt. Städning och byte av handdukar varje dag, inte så miljövänligt.

Perfekt hotell i hamnen , rent snyggt o bra frukost med frukt o grekisk yoghurt. Vi återvänder gärna hit igen Luftkonditionering på rummet, bra dusch och fin toalett

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μοναδική τοποθεσία,μόλις λίγα μέτρα από το λιμάνι και σχεδόν στο κέντρο της πόλης.Καθαρό δωμάτιο,ευχάριστος ύπνος με υπέροχη θέα από το μπαλκόνι.Φιλόξενο προσωπικό και άψογο πρωϊνό με βάση την κατηγορία του.

Hotel praticamente di fronte allo sbarco. Ha un bar ristorante con tavolini sul lungomare. Nonostante la zona, è tranquillo. Ha la colazione compresa, con l'essenziale: dolce, salato, frutta, ma solo caffè, anche se si può ordinare qualcosa al bar (pagando). In camera: cassaforte,a/c, balcone... bagno piccolo.

Convenient with stunning views
The hotel is very central and the view over the harbour and the Peloponnese at the horizon is stunning. The level of English among the staff varies but they are all extremely helpful and nice. We were there at low season and we got our breakfast table served at the terrace outside. Lovely! And we could order virtually anything from toasts to yoghurt w honey. The coffee is fantastic! The only draw backs were that our particular room was on the small side for a double, the bathroom tiny and the shower even smaller, if possible :) Albeit very clean. Also, the hotel is right next to the church so if you are a light sleeper you might want to be sure you bring your earplugs. The bells woke us up in the morning but we fell back to sleep and weren't that bothered.

Η καλυτερη τοποθεσια στις Σπετσες, αριστο προσωπικο .Παρακολουθήσαμε την αρματα από το μπαλκονι με την καλυτερη θεα που θα μπορούσαμε να εχουμε. Ευχαριστούμε το προσωπικο του ξενοδοχείου και τους ιδιοκτητες για την πολύ ομορφη διαμονη που μας προσφεραν,με πολύ ικανοποιητικες τιμές.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στην Ντάπια το πιο κεντρικό κομμάτι της πόλης. Είναι ένα παλιό κτήριο (μάλον του 1960) οι υπηρεσίες λογικές οι παροχές ξενοδοχείου επαρκείς Καθαριότητα του δωματίου καλή. Συνιστάτε για ένα Σαββατοκύριακο (Για μεγαλύτερο διάστημα μπορεί η κίνηση να σας κουράσει)

Wochenende auf Spetses
ohne jeden Firlefanz am Hafen von Spetses in perfekter Lage. Sehr einfache Ausstattung aber immerhin mit Balkonen von denen man auf das quirlige Leben im Hafenbereich schauen kann! Spetses ist generell nicht billig so dass man das Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis vor diesem Hintergrund als noch in Ordnung bezeichnen kann.
