Over all it wasnt really bad. However it smelled like natural gas the entire time we were there. Second they actually ran out of breakfast in the morning long before breakfast time was up.
The only reason that I stay @ Holiday Inn Express over the like competitors is the Biscuit & Gravy breakfast. Learned that this particular location alternates breakfast options and did not serve it on my stay.
Highly recommends! Check in was very easy and staff was amazing! I can't say enough about how clean the entire property is! I travel alot and had a bad experience at a hotel the night before i stayed at this location, and the Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations!
I enjoyed my stay and I felt safe. Everything was nice and clean. All staff members were nice and helpful. And, the food was good.

Bedding was dirty. When asked for new bedding we were told we could get new bedding but that we’d have to make our own beds. Headboard was nasty. Toilet kept clogging.

Everything was exceptional; brand new hotel. I only gave a four star on service because I told the cleaning lady that we didn’t need our room cleaned each day during our stay. If she could just take our dirty towels and put clean ones in its place we would be happy. But I don’t think she understood , because she said ok and never took or gave towels. It wasn’t that big of a deal , we just reused the towels for one extra day.
we had to be moved to another room after we got there. We had already unpacked and showered. Pulled back the covers and there was a HUGE stain that appeared to be urine/feces on the sheet/it was dry. I was disappointed in this b/c this is nasty. They took care of us quickly and got another room. We had to pack everything back up and move to another room.
Breakfast is pretty lackluster, you have to pay for water, the sink was crooked and moved around, and had some stains, and the shower was stained. The rooms wasn’t all that clean. And the lobby always smelled like sewage. For a newer hotel, it was not great.

this property is brand new and so very convenient to the hospitals and medical facilities across the street and around it. a wonderful place to stay, especially for those who need easy quick access to thesee facilities.

Great place and nice experience. Downside, the plugs on the headboards stopped working when lights when out. So first night stay the phones didnt charge.
