We arrive late, they could not find our reserve, the bed was smaller than reserved. There was not drinking water in the room (they provided later after claim it). The watchman was always with a gun (I really don't like this). There was not water in the bathroom in the morning.

I would strongly advise anyone seeking hotel accommodations to go somewhere else. Once I arrived at the hotel, I was told they had no record of my reservation and there was nothing they could do. I had to find another hotel to stay in.

How can this be on hotels.com
It was the worst . I paid for a suite with king size bed. I got a room with double bed. No A/C . No TV. No lock on the door. They gave me a pad lock . Mosquitos . I left the next morning. Don't go . Dont go. Crazy

It's a cheap hotel no hot water towels are not change the place needs a make over I will not go back there no more looking nice in picture but not good on the inside

Small dirty rooms. It is cheap. There is a pool. You get what you pay for!

Pedimos asistencia por la mañana en recepción y no había nadie, nos querían dar una habitación con el aire acondicionado dañado y para hacer el pago tuvimos que esperar casi media hora.

Soorry for that inconvenience.miss Georgina coming.to the Hotel 3am .wend.no office staff working..the check in is 1pm to 2 pm..plux she brings.5 people with her..the Hotel tronco are Expidias partner for years...Expidias have guest or Ready in.with out any. Complaints ..Any questions Call ous or Email .thanks
