Was only here for one night on a quick trip up from Lisbon but loved it and would highly recommend! Great location and very walkable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room and breakfast area were very clean. Location was very convenient. Front desk staff were excellent especially Luiz. He was informative, welcoming, and professional. He shared several recommendations and all were excellent. They serve cakes at tea time and they were fantastic. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!!

The Memoria Porto FLH hotel is excellent. It is ideally situated for exploring Porto, very close to the river and handy for superb restaurants. The old tram is right outside. The staff were brilliant and very friendly and helpful. Would and probably will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location opposite the river and within walking distance of the city centre. It’s very close to nice restaurants and bars and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Property was very new and extremely clean. Isabella was amazing checking us in and giving us directions and recommendations. Breakfast that was included was excellent as well as the complimentary cake served at 5:00 PM. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Porto. Close to Rivera area.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to in Europe. Rooms are very cozy and truly do make you feel like you’re at home. The view from our room was amazing! Breakfast was included and there were many options.

This hotel is close to all the major attractions in Porto. You can walk to them all, unless it's raining hard then we took an Uber. The breakfast is tasty and filling. The staff are helpful and friendly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I return to Porto.

The angel of the hotel is Isabella! She saved the day, I was so frustrated when my Bolt driver dropped me off and left me on the wrong street. Isabella came out to find me and help me drag my suitcase up the ramp. She was the kindest person. Words can not express my thanks. All of the front desk staff and the kitchen staff were kind and professional. They are one of the best front desk staff I've ever encountered in all my travels. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Now, the hotel what a beautiful place. My room was wonderful, the view was amazing. I slept very well here. I felt safe walking around at night. The location is very convenient to everything I wanted to see and very walkable. The ramp to get to the hotel was the only issue. Difficult to roll your suitcase. I'd happily stay here again.

Staff and service excellent. Hotel located right across the street from the river. Breakfast very good. Lots of good restaurants nearby Only drawback and not the fault of the hotel, nearly all tourist sites a good 15 to 20 minute walk straight uphill, not good for anyone who has breathing or mobility issues. On the bright site Bolt and Uber are inexpensive When returning to Porto I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great except the smell of the bathrm. Had trouble sleeping due to odor. Went to hotel late 1st night, had to sleep through odor. The next day the hotel did a thorough clean. Other than that, the location, size of the room, free breakfast were great.

Great location right near the Douro River. It is a walkable distance to lots of places. The hotel is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. There is complementary breakfast provided. The entrance is up an incline so you do need to walk up stairs to enter but the location feels safe.

Homey feel right by the river!!!
The staff were so friendly and warm, definitely made me feel right at home. They gave lots of great recommendations on the city and what to see. They served a lovely breakfast in the morning and cake every day at 5pm! Would definitely go back and stay with them.

THE GOOD- Very nice quiet hotel, great location. Many restaurants close by. Excellent staff, great breakfast buffet. THE BAD - Heat/Cooling unit in our suite, thermostat didnt work, either too hot or too cold. Seemed like a simple fix. Bathroom is glass walled and poorly planned, open the unit door to the hall and look out. OK for my spouse and I, not so sure you would like it with a travel companion. Vessel sink splashes water on you each time water is turned on, no lip-too shallow. Nice when your going out the door! Overall, we would stay again.

Great place to stay and very central to everything. It is amazingly simple but extremely elegant. Staff are so warm and welcoming and 5 pm cake time is the cherry on top.
