value for money
Decent sized room with a Dyson fan which was a bonus , comfortable bed and the bathroom was quite big with a decent shower , all in all good value for money , only negative was the safety deposit box didn't work .

Quick Stay with No Issues
We arrived late at night and left early the next morning so we did not have a lot of interaction with the staff but they were very nice at check in and made sure we had the correct directions when leaving the next morning. Great proximity to Gare du Nord and the neighborhood felt safe late at night.

The room was okay for 2 people, very clean and small. There is 2 cafe's next door and a metro station around the corner, which we used quite often. Breakfast was free and delicious, made for a good start of the day. There is a parking garage one street over and tell them you are staying at a hotel and you don't have to pay full price.

Vacation in Paris
Breakfast was delicious, especially the meats, pastries, and the fresh orange juice. We were welcomed with a glass of water, coffee, and madeleine cookies, and we greatly appreciated it. The bedroom was sizable, there was no central AC, but the fan worked, and the bedroom was cool enough. Beds were comfortable, too. The area was perfect to roam around and explore, especially being so close to Montmartre. Very good hotel, and good prices.

The hotel was close to trains and metro. It was an older hotel, but very clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly... nothing was a problem. The only thing that we found difficult was that the room was quite small and there was no air con. It was so, so hot.

The room was good for a three star hotel. However with high temperatures in July, it was uncomfortable at times. The breakfast was very minimal. However the staff were pleasant. I would not rate it as fabulous, but very good for the price.

Very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and professional and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visit of Paris because of it’s convenient location and it’s service.

The reason I'm not giving a better rating is the shower. It had a shower base of about 2 feet by 2 feet with no shower curtain or screen. It was in a corner and had 2 sides coming out about 6 to 8 inches. You could not point the shower at yourself but had to take the shower out of the holder and hold it like one of the old ones that people had on bathes years ago. You also had to stand in the corner so as to not get the floor wet, this meant pressing in to the water lever with the result of sometimes changing water temperature or water pressure or both. I can stay in different levels of accommodation but 1 thing I like is to be able to have a stress free shower in the morning, this could be sorted so very easily.

What a wonderful hotel and staff, I am 💯 % sure the staff made the stay decadent from checking in to checking out. The breakfast is very yummy and most of it is 0 carbs hehe!! Lovely stay❤️

I arrived at 8.30pm so just get in ti the room, shower and sleep. Thanks to the quick check in it helped me to rest more. The quite small as expected but that no bother me as the bed was fine the bathroom was ok, all the basic needs were filled well

This hotel is a small hotel one of about 4 properties with similar names in the same immediate area. It is a quaint well maintained property with generally friendly helpful staff. Some of the off hours and weekend persons a bit less friendly. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were efficient and friendly as well. The breakfast although not hot, is fresh and plentiful. Cold cereal, French bread croissants, cheese, salami ham, liverwurst, yogurts, fresh juice fruit, coffee, tea. Our one big complaint was on checkout, as the weekend desk clerk inquired in a rather aggressive unfriendly accusatory manner, if we ate breakfast? We said we had and he demanded that we pay for each breakfast. Despite our protest that the breakfast was included with the price we paid on Expedia! As we protested and my wife pointed out to him that on check-in we were told it was included the hours of service and the breakfast location, and why would the staff state that?! He said we tell that to everyone than my wife than stated maybe you should not say that on check-in if it is not correct, he then told her don’t tell me how to do my job madam! We finally realized we had Expedia paperwork for the stay and found our rate with amenities listed as free WiFi and breakfast buffet included! Still not believing us while calling the owner, demanded to see the paper and make a copy of it before backing down on his demand for payment. This guy left us upset and ruined a great stay at this hotel!

Nice hotel 10 min walk from Gare du Nord. In reasonably quiet corner of side street near main street. Once window closed room quiet. Price reasonable, room very plesant (a bit old furniture but clean and comfortable), breakfast fine. Lovely local bistro/restaurant beside hotel entrance, frequented by licals, with good and not expensive menu. Nice park beside.Safe. Highly reccommended stay.

I travel a lot for work and typically stay at luxury international hotels, so take this review with a grain of salt. I spent a couple days in Paris in May 2017 and decided to try this hotel because it was close to the Gare du Nord, where I needed to catch an early train to Brussels. PROS: The room was spacious and clean. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is convenient to the Metro, the train station, shops, and restaurants. Free wifi. Decent breakfast. CONS: Noisy. My room was on the first floor and looked out over the street. I could easily hear conversations coming from the lobby and from the street. Car noise was also bad. Immediately outside my room was a public restroom, which I thought was strange. You're probably better off getting a room on an upper floor. Overall, not a bad stay for 100 euros a night. If I weren't so spoiled by luxury hotels, I probably would rate this hotel higher.

This was a one night stay between an apartment rental and my Paris departure via Gare du Nord. The hotel is is nicely decorated, my room was comfortable and spacious, and the hotel breakfast was convenient. The location is in a lively area but the hotel is on a side street so I had no problem with street noise. The hotel walls are a bit thin and could use better soundproofing, and the elevator is a tight fit, but these were not a big problem. The staff was excellent and helped me print out my boarding pass I enjoyed my stay and recommend the hotel.

Good value for basic comfort, great location.
I booked a double room with single occupancy so was disappointed to get a small single room opposite the lift. When I questioned I was told there was a mistake in the way it was offered in the listing and there were no other rooms available. As it was only one night it was ok and Mme gave me a half bottle of Champagne in compensation. The room itself was clean with a nice bathroom and the breakfast was good.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was very comfortable and the added free breakfast in the morning helps. The hotel is close to quite a few restaurants but what's even better is that it's less than a 5 minute walk to the 7 metro line which allowed me to get rather quickly to the places I wanted to visit. The concierge even helped me book a taxi back to the airport. Overall, a great stay.

This hotel was very pleasant to stay in and the breakfast provided was very good. Only problem was a couple of very popular corner bars next to the hotel which were very noisy until late. Because of the heat I kept the window open which probably meant that it was more of a problem.

We booked a double room and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived there was no extra bed and we had to pay excessively high price as we had to take a triple room. Our room was booked for €62 per night for three nights but they charged additional €31.50 per night for triple room whereas their brouchure indicates just €10 difference between double/twin and triple room. Moreover, the evening receptionist was kind of a strange guy who would be even reluctant to give you adapter even if they had it.
