Kind of tired, not as nice as the website would suggest. Would have been nice if they had given me a little break on an early check in, but no, and really for no discernible reason. It was like a nice dorm room with a kitchen.

This is a wonderful alternative to hotels! Checking in was a bit tricky, but with the help of staff, we were able to access it. Next time, we’ll understand how to get in much better. The only downside was that it’s noisy with sirens going by regularly. Other than that, it was excellent!

Great place! I would stay there again. But you all have one Epic Fail. Your check-in instructions in the email and in the app gave the apartment door unlock code. But there is a locked front door to the building and you didn't give me a code to get into the front door. I tried using the app's online chat AND called customer support, but neither could provide the code. Customer support didn't even call me back for 30 minutes. It was raining and my free exterior parking ran out! Fortunately the owner of the retail shop next door (wholely unaffiliated with Mint House) knew the front door code, so I was able to get in. She knew the code because apparently this happens to your guests frequently! You really need to update this important step in the check-in instructions!

We really enjoyed our stay. I would have rated all excellent but the carpet in the bedroom was really stained and dirty ( the rest of the unit was immaculate).Guest relations was very good about getting us additional towels and help with the TV and internet. The only other thing that would have improved my rating would be to have had a TV in the bedroom. I prefer to watch it when going to sleep. I would stay here again. It is close to Vanderbilt University and Medical center and has plenty of shops and restaurants that are walkable. It is only a short ride to downtown.

Actually room wasn’t too bad. I think parking price in the garage is a little high. 25/day seems steep. The room itself has limited toiletries stocked. Also, very noisy outside. Would have appreciated curtains to cover the light coming in the room. Definitely missing the little details that could make it stand out from the rest.

We indicated to Expedia we needed accommodations for 3 adults. The room was described as having a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. What the room actually had was a double bed (not queen) and a child sized twin sized chair pullout , which was shoved right next to the bed on the wall. We felt we were tricked and the pictures of the room were misleading and not at all based in reality. It was dingy and dark also. Awful experience.

Property was as advertised. Parking was on-site and parking instructions were clear. Restaurants were nearby and it was around a 12-15 min drive to Downtown Nashville, which was nice for us. The apartment was clean and quiet, but could use some updates. The bedroom carpet was horribly stained and should be replaced immediately.

Overall the property is very good. I had a hard time finding the place and getting into the room. You have to use the back entrance and once inside, you have to hurry up and get your car out of the outside parking lot so it doesn't get towed and into the property garage. They are now charging 25 dollars to park in the garage. I am not happy with that. Apartment is very clean, very specious and very convienent to restaurants, shopping and downtown. I would recomment this location if you don't mind the parking fee added to your bill.

We cant thank the Mint House enough for providing a comfortable home away from home for two weeks as we dealt with a medical emergency. Our one-bedroom and studio apartments were cozy, well-appointed and only two blocks away from Vanderbilt. Many thanks.

My New Go-To In Nashville
The Mint House is my new go-to if ever in Nashville. It's a home away from home, with all the amenities one could hope for in updated, corporate-style housing. Fantastic location steps away from Vanderbilt University and its pretigious hospitals.

This stay was amazing, it was a beautiful and modern setup inside. The hallway through us off a little up until we walked into our apartment and realized how nice it was. The only bad thing I would say was little parts in the apartment needed a better cleaning. Saw some rust on certain things and some dishes had food stains. We did not seem to find an oven tray for either oven so we were a little sad we couldn’t bake. Other than that the place was amazing and we would stay here again!

The Mint House was a Godsend!
The Mint House Hillsborough near Vanderbilt Children's Hospital was our home away from home during a very stressful time, waiting for our baby grandson to recover in the ICU. The property management team was so accomodating, allowing last-minute extensions in the same unit, bringing extra supplies, and allowing an early check-in. Our amazingly spacious, one-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, including a washer-dryer unit. We are grateful.

Very difficult, nearly impossible to locate with no signage on adjacent streets. Room 205 keypad entrance to kitchen area worked okay but 3rd floor keypad entrance to bedroom did not work. Elevator did not work. Exit from parking garage required getting out of car to press button to open door, then rush back to car before door began to close again. Also bathtub shower very slippery, scary dangerous for this 78 year old man. I will never come back to Mint House.

Mint House stay.
GREAT location. Easy walking to area businesses and restaurants. We’re not used to city traffic noises and the apartment is very close to the hospital at Vanderbilt, so the ambulances and traffic noises bothered us all night.

GREAT PLACE! We would stay there again.
The place was in a great location, the parking was AWESOME and very secure. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was awesome. There were noise issues both nights we were there, but management was very responsive and took care of the issue as soon as it was reported.
