We were so pleasantly satisfied with our beautiful cottage at Morehead City, The home is renovated in the most wonderful way, Furniture and all was not only comfy but so pretty, we loved everything about it and will definitely be back for a future trip. We loved it and you couldn't ask for a better location. Thanks so much for making your home so inviting. Maybe the best VRBO I've stayed in in years. 5 stars

Perfect Landing Pad

Weekend trip to Morehead City
Communication from Evolve and property owner was excellent. Check in was easy. Property was exceptionally clean. Renovation of this home is beautiful! Decorated very tastefully. The back yard was perfect for our mini labradoodle. Neighborhood was quiet. Many houses are under renovation in the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and a TV in every room. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty on trash bags, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, towels, etc. Property looked exactly as pictured on VRBO. Location is excellent. You are very close to the AB bridge, close to down town. Could bike with ease. Calico Creek is right around the corner for fishing. A quick drive to Beaufort. We had dinner at 34 North in Lennoxville near Beau Coast. Great trip. Highly recommend this property. Upon our return to MHC, we will definitely rent again.

Fishing Trip
The house is very nice with a wonderful back yard, especially for family pets. Stocked well and the patio for grilling is awesome. Convenient to restaurants, the waterfront, Atlantic Beach and Beaufort. Perfect location.

The house was perfect for our short stay. Loved that they allow dogs! House is nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Having the beach chairs available for guests was a win since we had to pack light for the trip. Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect. Super close the beach, shopping, food... everything you could ask for! Beds were super comfy. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again. Plus huge bonus points for allowing us to bring our dog, fenced in back yard was great!

Great rental
This rental was perfect for our stay during the week of Big Rock. Location to downtown Morehead water front is ideal. The owners of the property were very responsive. There was an issue with the sewage line and the owner rectified the problem in a timely manner. The property was perfect for pets. Our two dogs stayed outside in the spacious privacy fenced in area. Overall highly recommend this property. We will stay at this property again!

Yes, this house is all that and more!
This house has been renovated well. Clean and neat, light and airy, quiet and comfortable! So many amazing details set this house apart from other rentals, you must see it. We were here for a swim meet (great location, minutes from the pool) and did not take advantage of all this place had to offer. Highly recommend - we will be back!

Spent a delightful weekend at this very charming, clean, well-furnished home. Neighborhood was quiet and the location convenient to many of the area's fine restaurants. The backyard was enjoyed immensely by our Golden Retriever. Hope to be back in the future.

A fabulous week in Morehead City
We had an awesome week at this house and it was very relaxing. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed. The bed and sheets felt like sleeping on the clouds! The location was great for our day trips to Beaufort, Atlantic Beach and New Bern. It was about an hour away to catch the ferry to start our Outer Banks (OBX) from South end all the way North to Duck. Couldn't be happier with booking this house.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished. We stayed over Christmas and appreciated the holiday lights outside and the tree and holiday decorations in every room. South facing orientation and wood Venetian blinds created wonderful light and shadow play on sunny winter days. Easy access to Atlantic Beach, downtown Morehead and Beaufort. Would certainly stay here again.

Property was very modern and clean. Everything we needed. 6 foot enclosed fence for dogs to get energy out in big back yard. (Needs a flood light out back.) Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Summer fun in NC
My husband and I wanted to vacation in NC with our 2 dogs. The house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The fenced in backyard was ideal for our 2 dogs. For us the location was ideal. We were 5 min away from everything we wanted to do and see. Our favorite part of our trip was being able to take the dogs pretty much everywhere including to the beach and a day on the ocean with a rental boat! Someday we look forward to making NC our home! Thank you for such a great trip!

A perfect spot to get away!
The house was not only clean, comfortable and well-appointed, but also in the perfect central location for our activities for the week! The bridge access to the beaches couldn’t have been more convenient. Shopping, great dining options (oh my the seafood!!!), the Aquarium, historical sites - Fort Macon is a must see! After a long day out the bungalow was the perfect spot to relax and unwind - comfy beds and a surprisingly quiet neighborhood made for perfect sleeping conditions. We will definitely stay here again if our vacation plans lead us to Atlantic Beach!

Big Rock Rental
My boyfriend and I rented the Kingfisher the week of Big Rock and loved it. We had 4-6 adults staying there all week. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean and very conveniently located to the Morehead City waterfront so we could be close to the action all week long. We would definitely stay there again. Great week with lots of memories made!

Southern comfort at Kingfisher ! Book it ya’ll!
Charming, well decorated , everything we needed and more. Loved the location of this home , just a stones throw from the Atlantic Beach bridge , close to beaches , marinas, fishing pier , grocery and restaurants. If you like the outdoors Fort Macon has a beautiful 3.3 nature trail that is a great hike . Be sure to visit Beaufort for shopping and more great restaurants . Tracy , our host, was very attentive and quick to Respond with any questions . Don’t hesitate , beautiful home and excellent host !

Celebration of the life of a friend who had passed away
There were two couples, very good friends, who came to Morehead City to reminisce and to celebrate with family and friends the life of our dearest friend who had died. The house was perfect with two en-suite bed/baths, plus a third bedroom with a hall bath. It was spacious, very comfortable and the garden and barbecue were perfect for entertaining. It was also convenient to grocery shopping with a Harris Teeter near by. The final word: numerous comments as to how perfect the house was for every one and every need.

Wonderful Place!
We had a wonderful time at the Kingfisher property. It is a great place to stay for a vacation. We all loved it, including our dog who could run around in the fenced in backyard. We were also very impressed with Tracy, who contacted us after we checked out because they had found some clothes that we accidently left in the dryer. Tracy went above and beyond and mailed them back to us. We highly reccommend this vacation house!

My family (5 Adults) were able to enjoy our stay in the house, which had 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house was very clean and had updated bathrooms. The house was located just across the bridge to get to the beach so it was really convenient! Will definitely stay here again =)

This property had it all. Owner had decorated in functional yet beautiful manner. Located just across the bridge from Atlantic Beach. Loved the beachy feel and ability to use the outdoors. Good break!
We arrived during the night and we weren't very sure about the neighborhood. Next day my husband walked around the neighborhood and told me that it was fine. It is a quiet place and there are some houses that have been remodeled and make the neighborhood to look better. The house is BEAUTIFUL and comfortable, you can tell how much attention and effort they put to create such a peaceful place. Having the opportunity to travel with our dog was an emotional relief and the backyard was a plus🤩. Don't expect to be close to the beach. You need to drive like for 20 minutes to find a good beach. I don't know if we were too exited to finally do something after being at home for a year but we enjoyed driving around and seeing the different places. Tracy was very helpful and kind to us. We want to go back, but for a few more days😉
