The Holiday Inn was convenient and easy to access. The parking was full in the front and the sides but they had plenty of parking in the back but they locked the door from the back through the pool entrance. We saw many people try to access the door and turned around frustrated that it was locked. It made no sense!

The staff is always friendly very helpful to what I need if I needed anything. The breakfast every morning was very good. I enjoyed my stay so much when it came time to check out we stay an extra night.

Unruly guest next door kept me up 4 hours. Hotel finally evicted person, but still charged me full price even though sleep was greatly interrupted

Location good. Wrong room, got large disabled room instead of room with couch etc. first time, had to wait in lobby for correct room that was dirty. Day two Bed unmade upon return to room. First day couch dirty floor dirty. Had to call maid in hallway to come and vacuum, couch and floor. AC noisy, The manager tried to correct these faults, then the next day maid never came in room bed not made towels in bathroom not replaced with clean ones etc. Manager trying to compensate us for all these inconveniences, Waiting to hear from Expedia for compensation.

Nice hotel but bad experience
I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 45 days. The hotel itself is nice with a good breakfast. It’s very conveniently located. On this particular occasion our experience was so great. Check in was good with friendly service and the room was clean and very large. After a long day a shower was in store except for the fact the bottle of body wash attached to the shower wall was completely empty. So I had to shower with shampoo which was no big deal. Nice dry I attempted to call the desk to request body wash only to find that the phone didn’t work. So I got dressed and went down the the desk for body wash and to advise the very nice lady there if the situation. She was very apologetic and offered different rooms. She was told no need for that and I returned to the room. That was a big mistake! About 11:30 pm all sorts of nonstarter coming from the room above. It sounded as if furniture was being dragged around and then picked up and dropped. This went on for about 30 minutes before my wife had to dress and go down to the desk, since we had no working phone. She was told by the night clerk that he thought when they checked in they might be a problem. The noise did stop shortly after but as many know once that happens you are just waiting there for it to start back and not much sleep was had.

We booked a king room online, but when we got to the hotel were told a king was not available. They gave us a double queen room. Other than that disappointment, the room was fine. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed here before and like the hotel and its location. Check in took a little long because the clerk couldn’t get my card to scan(ongoing problem I was told) Then staff called room later to find out who was in the room because they had some kind of problem and didn’t know who was where. Before checking out I discovered my credit card had a charge pending for either 2 nights or 2 rooms. Talked to Rick at the desk who searched for why this would happen even though their system didn’t show my card as ever being used. The charge was reversed later in the day.

Very clean. Quick check in/out. Breakfast good. Only concern is the area gir the only ice machine is on the 3rd floor and in the back corner. Just feels unsafe for a woman. There was no ice at the breakfast area either.

Was a Mother/Daughters Weekend we were excited we really wanted a suite or studio but wasn’t available…We got early Check-in which was great clerk was very nice room was nice beds very comfortable but shower was disgusting all they needed was to clean the shower that about turned our stomach but Breakfast was nice

Room was fantastic. Both front dest attendants were great. I thonk the evening guy was Mr. RICK. I didnt catch the overnight guys name, he was working so hard. But I do appreciate the fresh coffee at 4am. The rooms were amazing.

Room was dirty. Bottom of shower floor was rusted and their was a big hole under the sink where the drain came out of the sink. The microwave was dirty and all rusty at the bottom. The carpets was stained. All of the bottles that were left in the room of shampoo conditioner and body wash were all empty.
