Our 300 sqft studio, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for couples looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The studio is located in the lively Little Italy neighbourhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.
We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained studio.
Our studio is equipped with one comfortable mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, one spacious bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We also provide free wifi, Netflix, and a welcome package with fresh coffee and treats.
The studio is also decorated in a Scandinavian style, with clean lines and simple furnishings. You'll feel like you're in a modern and stylish hotel, even though you're right in the heart of the city.
Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Little Italy has it all just steps away.
We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.
Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever.
In order to comply with local regulations, we require guests to sign a residential contract, complete identity verification, and submit a Damage Waiver ($25) or Security Deposit ($500) after the booking is confirmed.
