I had a terrifying, horrible night. The people staying right next door had a serious domestic dispute which included yelling, screaming, doors slamming, and what sounded like furniture being thrown against our shared wall. It started at 3 am when I awoke with a jolt to something slamming against the wall. I was too petrified to move but thought for sure someone would call the police. Apparently no one did as this went on for a long time. I had a hard time falling asleep to begin with due to the general hall noises and doors shutting. I could hear everything on my floor. I got no sleep and I had to be up at 4:30 am for a flight. Also the shuttle bus to the airport had a sharp metal piece sticking up from the seat where the seatbelt buckle should have been. It gouged my leg through my pants as I got out, to the point of bleeding and leaving a scar. The long- term car parking was not well-lit or secure-looking. I return home tomorrow and can only hope my car is still there and undamaged. For $12 a day, I expect a safer-looking environment for my car. Will never ever use this hotel again.

The hallways were dirty, the room was dirty, there were stains all over the wall, the bathroom trim was broken, the shower was dirty, all of the lamps were bent sideways, they still worked but still very tacky. The front desk was rude and kept people waiting for a very long time. Very bad area to rent a hotel at as well, did not feel safe at any point.

I chose this location for location and price. Close to where I needed to be and less than $100 a night and breakfast. Smelled of mold and mildew. Speaking the English language was difficult to understand. Service is questionable at best. The room I was in didn't have carpeting so you would think a sweep and a mop would be easy. Bathroom dirty with paint chipping off the walls. No coffee maker in room. Bathrooms need a deep-clean. Breakfast was disappointing unless all you want is minimum. I called before booking and was told pancakes and bagels were on the menu. I went elsewhere for breakfast. If you want cheap for cheap then this is your place if not I highly recommend booking elsewhere.

The staff Reddy, Norma, and Veniy are very respectful and very helpful. House keeping are also very helpful and help you need they will solve the problem. They keep the hotel very clean I highly recommend staying @ the super 8 you won't be disappointed. Great work

The room was okay, not the cleanest. There are burn holes in couch and vanity was dirty upon arrival. The jacuzzi did not hold water, it drained continuously while trying to use. Also during our stay, the fire alarm went off in middle of night, which I understand things like this can happen, but when trying to exit the emergency exit on west side of building, we found door wouldn't open and had to leave through main entrance on other side of hotel- not very safe in event of real emergency. Thankfully there was no fire that we were aware of anyway. No explanation was given. I am also still waiting for my $200, up-front damage deposit, to be refunded.

After I booked a room, I then read some of the reviews and became very nervous about staying here. We asked to see the room before checking in. It was clean and everything was as expected for our one night stay. It was clean, but the hotel itself is outdated. We requested the shuttle service to and from the airport and left our vehicle parked in the hotel lot. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great place or the price, front desk staff super helpful and nice, stronger coffee would be great. This is my go to place when using MSP airport.

The exercise room had a treadmill and an elliptical, but the elliptical seemed to be out of service. It sounded like there was a death metal concert in the hallway. Finally, I waited at the check in counter for 20 minutes before anyone showed up to check me in.
