Great walkable location close to many things. The style is basic but attractive. The apartment is comfortable, with a big bed and adequate bathroom. The major problem was the loud sound coming from Cafe Janeiro (below Apt A) since it had live music extending late into the night, even on a Sunday! The music was loud, especially with the windows open, which is essential because no AC. Also, this is an unstaffed rental apartment, with no front desk, concierge etc.

This is NOT a Hotel. It is the front room of a man’s house. The bathroom is off the common hallway and can’t be locked from the outside. The bath is a slippery concave old style shower. The property is not in the advertised position on the park, and is 2 blocks away. This should be on a share bedroom platform, not on Expedia. The owner often has his bedroom door open. It’s a SHARE HOUUSE.

I am just going to put the text that I sent to the person organizing my stay here: “So I am changing to another place and I wanted to let you know why. A few things: the downstairs and outside smelled both heavily of mold and slightly of pee. The room smelled so strongly of cologne/perfume it gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep well. In the ad on hotels.com it seemed like this was a private apartment or a building with multiple apartments. That is not the case. This is more like a shared room in an Airbnb. Which some people may be fine with, but is not what I was looking for. The bathroom says private but it is not private if it is outside the room. And lastly - the biggest thing here - I did not know I would be staying with a man. I am a woman traveling by herself. I do not feel comfortable staying with a random man that I do not know and I did not agree to. That really needs to be stated on the website or wherever you are doing bookings. It’s feels very unsafe. I have left the keys in the room.” Additionally I had to clean the bathtub before using it. I don’t want anyone else to end up here and not know what they are getting themselves into. It wasn’t a bad place. Not at all. But it wasn’t at all what they put here on the site.

Very good.
It is very good. For check in you need to call/message a number that is not in the hotels.com portal, it is pasted outside the door. They’re very responsive though.

While we were still flying c 30 minutes before earliest possible check-in we received a message via email that our room had a gas leak and we were going to be staying elsewhere. We were told we were going to love it. We were invited to the restaurant

Great experience in zona Roma
I went to Mexico City and had a great experience at this lovely apartment with great service. They had a security guard 24/7 very safe quiet area. Highly recommend this location. I will definitely revisit again Thank you Eric. The apartment was spectacular! And very comfortable. Also very spacious.

Si buscas descansar, este departamento no es opción , no cuenta con aire o mini sprint y el cuarto es demasiado caliente hay solo un abanico de piso q es sumamente ruidoso y al tratar de abrir la ventana , da hacia una caldera de un rest q genera ruido y calor , el depa está ubicado arriba de un rest bar el cual escuchas música todo el tiempo , las almohadas son demasiadas alta las cuales no te generan descanso . No volveríamos nunca a este departamento por q buscábamos descansar y no se obtuvo, aparte q el anfitrión no nos hacía caso sobre este tema de comodidad . Si lo q buscas es descansar estw no es el lugar

Excelente propiedad y ubicación, lo único que podría representar problema para algunos es el café que tiene en la entrada, en uno de los días que estuvimos ahí pusieron una mesa que tapaba la entrada y era molesto tener que pedir a las personas que se movieran para poder entrar o salir de la propiedad. Todo lo demás fue perfecto, me encantó hospedarme ahí.

El lugar está bien, limpio y bien ubicado. Sin embargo en las noches si hay bastante ruido, si eres de sueño ligero no es para ti. nunca supimos si tenía un área de recepción, porque había una puerta entreabierta que al final alguien abrió y parecía una sala de estar, pero no supimos.

Will definitely return
Nicely furbished and well located apartment in a secure and easy-going part of Mexico. Very convenient when arriving from the airport, and much more central than "el centro" to access places of interest in Mexico City. Many trendy restaurants, bars and shops can be found around the apartment. The kitchen lacks some tools (strainer, service bowl) but except from that, it's very well equipped. There's also someone at the desk 7/7 24/24.
