Comfortable Apartment
We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was great to be able to cook and do laundry, and just relax. Keith was communicative and helpful.

Spacious bungalow with roof terrace, well placed for dogs.
Surprisingly roomy, simply furnished property at very end of Camposol facing hilly desertlike countryside with full freedom for our dogs to run and for us to walk kms. Patios a little small but large roof terrace excellent. Very good for warm sunshine in winter. Within easy reach of towns, Murcia, Cartegena, Mulla etc, mountains and beach. Good supermarket, restaurants etc in Camposol itself at about 4 km. Eat fab fish and chips at The Old Market Tavern in El Puerto!

Campasol Villa
The property is located on the edge of the Campasol complex and has great views of the country side and local mountains. The villa is spacious offering an airy interior that’s comfortable to stay in. Although we visited in March and the weather was unusually cold, the villa has a great roof terrace that would offer a fantastic sun trap in the warmer weather. The villa was well equipped, offering everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Keith was easily available to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely visit again.

Booked for long term rental, oven unusable as dirty.
Villa also flooded in the front room every time it rained ? Very tardy, owner was surprised but did say he hadn’t been out for over 2 years, yes we did get some money refunded, but now have difficulty finding another property, staying in a hotel at the moment, not what we signed up for ? The owner Keith was very amenable , and understood our complaint .

Not the best place I have stayed
Been here before and the place was spotless but think the cleaner forgot go this time. Had to clean before unpacking. All outside areas grubby and untidy. Very disappointed this time. Hope the cleaner returns soon.

outstanding value and quality premises
The property was in outstanding order on arrival, excellent location details had been sent prior to visit, all fixtures and fittings all to a good standard. Close to mazarron Port and beach. I would recommend this property and I will certainly be visiting again.

We hebben geen fijne maar geweldige vakantie gehad. Mooie lokatie en lekker rustig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis zodat je je echt thuis voelt. Goede bedden. Kan nog uren door gaan met complimenten geven. Echt TOP!!!! Echte aanrader

Estancia tranquila y familiar
Fantastico sitio para descansar con la familia (solo si buscas silencio y tranquilidad). La casa es amplia y se puede disfrutar enormemente de sus espacios exteriores (terraza trasera, delantera y azotea). A pesar del calor que hizo, los ventiladores de techo y electrico que tiene la casa nos permitieron pasar una estancia estupenda. Los colchones, nuevos y firmes, fantásticos. Comunicacion excelente con el propieta rio en todo momento.

Huis was redelijk; erg afgelegen; keuken vet en vies, bedden niet geweldig. Genoeg (teveel) linnengoed. Het slot/sleutel van de voordeur werkte zó slecht (soms wel, soms niet) dat wij niet gezamenlijk het huis durfden te verlaten. Jammer als je gezamenlijk op vakantie gaat!!!!!

Tranquilidad y comodidad
La casa es muy confortable, amplia, bien distribuida y con una ubicación tranquila y cercana a todo (supermercado, sitios de interés, bares) La terraza es un plus, con buena vistas para disfrutar de una merienda tranquila. El anfitrión muy atento, ha respondido rápidamente a nuestras preguntas. El proceso de llegada y salida es muy cómodo ya que al estar automatizado puedes hacerlo sin agobios. Hemos pasado unos días en familia de desconexión, que es lo que buscábamos.

En general todo estaba bien la anfitriona es súper atenta responde al instante y es muy servicial, el único pero es que en la terraza/solarium no hay luz y cuando se hace de noche ya no se pueden hacer barbacoas y disfrutar de esa zona

Mooi uitzicht camposol is prachtig
De verwarming schiet te kort in huis . Een geroeste paella pan in de keuken kast . Rolluiken die als je naar beneden laat moet behelpen met de hand . Een bad nemen gaat niet boiler snel op en water loopt erna bij leeg laten voor een stuk uit sifon in de badkamer en beschimmelde anti slpmat in bad . Twee ramen die je niet kost vast maken gelukkig waren er tralies voor . Het huis heeft buiten en binnen een opgreat nodig vond de prijs teveel . Satelliet tv met drie posten . Gelukkig heeft de streek en het weer alles goed gemaakt.

La Limpieza Brilla por su Ausencia.
La palabra que define nuestra estancia en este añojamiento, SUCIEDAD AL MAXIMO! Pelos por todas partes, los interruptores de la luz con manchas de comida, las tazas con restos de café resecos, la nevera un asco de lo sucia que estaba, tanto por dentro como por fuera, con chorretones por todas partes, la puerta negra de la suciedad, manchas de grasa, debajo de la pila un barreño con agua sucia que entendemos cae del grifo y que nadie la había retirado... A saber el tiempo que llevaba ahí... No he sido capaz de sentarme en el sofá ni un solo día por el repelús que me daba, que por cierto era viejísimo y cómo no, sucio también, le habían puesto un trapo encima que daba la misma grima o más. La bañera, al quitar la alfombra, sucísima igualmente, llena de pelos negros que más parecían de un cochino que humanos... DABA ASCO TODO, NO LO RECOMIENDO!!

CAMPOSOL, eine Reise in die Vergangenheit
Vor ca. 20 Jahren kaufte ich eine Villa "Fortuna" in Camposol. Nach 6 Jahren verkaufte ich die Immobilie. Was ist aus Camposol geworden ? Die meisten damaligen Freund und Nachbarn sind nicht mehr da (gestorben, verkauft, zurück nach Deutschland...). Die Urbanisation ist ausgeufert, vielfach gewachsen. Zunehmend werden billige kleinere Reihenhäuser ohne Grundstück, ohne Pool gebaut und verkauft, vornehmlich an Engländer. Für uns dennoch ein netter Urlaub, preiswert als Mieter einer Villa; viel Sonne im Oktober, herrliche Strände auch für FKK-Anhänger.

Buen apartamento
El apartamento es tal y como se describe; es cierto que está algo anticuado pero es comodo para pasar unos días por la zona. Algo positivo son los espacios exteriores aunque se echa de menos una luz en la terraza superior para las noches. La urbanización donde está situada es un poco aislada y sin iluminación por la noche, lo que da una sensación de más aislamiento. Hay una zona comercial al comienzo de la urbanización, lo que es algo muy positivo. Tiene acceso a la carretera que lleva a la bahía de Mazarrón, se tarda casi lo mismo en llegar a la playa que en cruzar la urbanización para llegar a la casa. Pese a no tener aire acondicionado, los ventiladores son suficientes para refrescar el ambiente. Había menage y productos de primera necesidad disponibles.

Sommerferien in Camposol
Immer wieder gerne. Schade hat es keine Klimaanlage, nach 2-3 Tagen hat man sich aber an die Hitze gewohnt. Darum halb so wild. Die Terrasse ist auch super, obwohl man noch sehr viel mehr daraus machen könnte.

Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in die Berge und zum Meer. Super Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Im Haus war außerdem alles vorhanden, was wir zu dritt brauchten.

10 jours de dépaysement
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . La maison est très pratique et fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. Sa situation géographique est très intéressante , entre la côte de Mazarron et la sierra d'Espuna . Ainsi entre mer, montagne et plaines arides nous avons pu randonner tous les jours à pied ou à vélo dans des paysages variés . Camposol n'est pas un village typique du sud de l'Espagne mais une grande zone d'urbanisation où habitent essentiellement des retraités anglais. Cela nous a surpris mais finalement nous avons bien apprécié le voisinage de nos amis anglophones qui sont des gens très polis et surtout très discrets.
