Relax in our modern & cozy studio condo in the stunning Mammoth Lakes mountains with all high-end finishes. It's centrally located in Hidden Valley Condos and is a short walk to the Village and gondola.
You'll love the radiant heated floors to keep your toes warm when walking around in the winter (it doesn't get any better than that)! The kitchen is well-stocked with all new stainless steel appliances, new queen bed, new queen size pull out sofa bed, 50 inch flat screen smart TV, electric fireplace, ski/board/bike storage on balcony and shared year-round hot tub, sauna, pool and laundry just steps from the front door!
Just a quick walk to the Village in Mammoth Lakes, Gondola, Mammoth Brewing Company, and numerous restaurants, shops, and bars!
Accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.
THE SPACE
Completely remodeled: Took the walls back to studs! New floors, fireplace, lighting, electrical, furnishings, kitchen and bath. High-end finishes from top to bottom!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The unit is in a condo complex, please be mindful of other guests. Please conserve energy by turning off lights when you leave for the day.
There is a very strict NO Smoking policy within 50 feet of any building in the complex. This includes vaping, Tobacco, Marijuana, etc. A $1000 fine will be imposed for violating this rule.
We will only accept reservations from guests age 25 or older.
Our community laundry uses quarters ($4.50 per load), so be sure to bring quarters and detergent if you’d like to do laundry. There are no coin dispensers or detergent dispensers onsite.

- Epic skiing (ICON pass) and biking on Mammoth mountain
- Take the drive around June Lake loop (confirm roads are open)
- Yosemite is just a 40-minute drive to the east gate (confirm roads are open and if a reservation is needed)
- Bodie ghost town is a great place to take kids
- Check out Minaret Vista, Devil's Postpile, and Rainbow Falls (confirm roads are open)
- Rent e-bikes and ride up to Horseshoe Falls
- Most of our nearby lakes are stocked with fish!
- Hike around Convict Lake

This studio was very nice and cozy. Loved how this condo was remodeled and everything was really nice. It was perfect for my husband and myself. Communication was great with the owner and the check in process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled, clean, & great location! Heated floors were a nice touch in the winter. Communication with the owner was convenient and efficient. I’d definitely stay here again.

Terrific Stay!
Studio just as advertised. Very clean and attention to detail everywhere. Just enough room for my wife and I. Enjoyed a great weekend with the Bluesapalooza event going on right outside. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy newly remodeled studio
Our family of three stayed here for 3 nights. Convenient location. Small space but thoughtfully furnished and recently remodeled. Two glass patio doors open up wide for fresh air, but unfortunately, the unit receives no direct sunlight (at least during our stay).
