Mammoth village
The location was amazing!! So close to the doors, restaurants, gondola everything! 1st floor which was great b it still had a view of trees! The owner was so easy to communicate with and answered all my questions! Has all bathroom necessities like shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap… would highly recommend!

Convenient Location
If you are looking to be in the middle of the action at the Village this is your place. Home is clean and well taken care of. Shops and restaurants are literally a few steps outside your door. Home is nice and owner responds immediately. Unfortunately, it was not for me. The live music is quite loud and there are a lot of drunk people leaving after they stop playing around 10pm. The crosswalk to the main parking lot, which is right across the street, is directly under your windows and loud, drunk people leaving the Village yelling, singing, screaming, honking car horns go on well up until midnight or even after. So if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet mountain air evening, this isn't it. This is party central. I was there on a Friday and Saturday night so week days could be different.

This was a loud festival weekend unfortunately for Matt. It is very quiet during the week and most weekends aren’t even that rowdy. My family loves being able to walk out to all the festivities and if windows are open at night you will hear some noise outside but if it’s not a really hot weekend and you can close it up at night it’s pretty peaceful

condo is very nice, well appointed and comfortable. location in the village is convenient. only draw back is the single parking space limit, even though it is 2 bedrooms. our second car had to pay for parking in the village lot which was disappointing given the cost of the rental.

The parking situation in mammoth is tough and none of the units as far as I know come with more than 1 space (even the 3 bedroom units)

Doesn’t get much easier if you want to be close to everything including bars, restaurants, boutique shops and of course the gondola for easy access to the slopes.

Great Location
We are frequent Mammoth visitors. The location of this property cannot be beat. Very attractive to be walking distance to everything you need in Mammoth. The property owner was very responsive to any questions. The time between Christmas and News Years makes any property in Mammoth expensive. That being said this property needs alot of upgrades to make it remotely close to the price anytime of the year. Location Location Location made this a great stay.

Please check all of my reviews. My condo in mammoth shows exactly as the pictures and is very similar to every other unit in the village. I’m not sure what expectations this particular guest had but I wish they had addressed any concerns with me during their stay. I think this was a case of paying the most premium prices during New Year’s Eve which I am competitive with everyone else in the village with similar properties

Amazing location in the village
This condo was perfect for our family of five. It was so nice to be able to get coffee and breakfast from the deli in the morning, walk to the gondola to hit the slopes and grab dinner right in the village. The parking was convenient, hot tub across the breezeway was perfect after snowboarding and the condo is spacious for a family with three kids (10, 7 and 4) with nice high ceilings throughout. We will stay here again!

Excellent experience!
The property owners were great to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. The location is excellent - close to amenities and a great jump off point for local activities. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful after a full day of hiking. Having your own kitchen was super convenient so we didn't have to eat out three meals a day. Will totally go back again!

Village Convenience
Staying in the Village is the ultimate in convenience with the Gondola and all the shopping/restaurants a stones throw away. Brian's property is as advertised. It's clean and well situated within the complex. It's expensive, but I guess thats the price you pay for the convenience. The complex itself has nice architecture that has withstood the test of time, but the interiors are a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. Brian was also quick to respond whenever i needed to communicate with him. Overall, a v good experience renting his condo and will do so again!

This place is awesome, so easy for a parent/s and also for young adults. They can navigate up and down the gondola. With ease, and b line to the condo. Restaurants, convenient market, and shops within a skip hop and a jump. We loved it here!
