Hi Ivan,We are so disappointed to hear you felt your stay was much too short. However, you did book a 1-night stay and arrived too early to check in at 11am to attend a nearby festival a few blocks away -- standard check-in time is 3pm and early check in, which is subject to availability, was not available that early. Since you did not return until after your event ended at around midnight, your stay would naturally feel a little short due to your busy schedule that day. Although we have no control over your schedule and how much time you spend in your room, we thank you for staying with us and perhaps in the future you will be able to turn your stay into a weekend getaway!

You are correct, we do not offer the traditional room setup with closet and drawers and have instead opted for an open hook closet in an effort to provide a modern, minimalist and very clean guest room. Hi Tiffany,This forum is used for guests to share their honest travel experiences. Since you were not a guest at our hotel and seem to be communicating misinformation, we welcome you to stay with us if you ever make it over to Los Angeles so you may then share a truthful, genuine experience. In an effort to provide clarity to other users since there seems to be a misunderstanding of our hotel policies – all of our rooms are for a maximum occupancy of 2 guests per room and only registered guests are allowed in guestrooms. These policies are clearly noted in our profile page and once again during the check-in process where all second guests must also be registered. This and other policies apply to all guests and our staff will not make exceptions to this in an effort to provide a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. Since the reservation-holder disregarded the managers request initially, they were informed that all guests can be asked to leave if they continued to violate hotel policies. The guest then graciously corrected the situation and even registered a second guest the following morning as requested by overnight staff since all guests staying at the hotel must be registered. All guests in the same situation would be relayed the same information since hotel policies apply to all – there are no special “notes”.While this may cause you frustration, the actual guest did arrive with more than 2 guests with the intention for all to stay. A second guestroom was even offered and declined due to price after some deliberation, but then requested again after the reservation cutoff time – hence it was no longer possible to make a reservation. We hope these facts help provide insight.
