Breakfast was good. Rooms were dirty in corners, hairs on accent pillows, limited extra pillows and no additional available at front desk. Terrible smell from drain, dishwasher in kitchen.

Really good - good location, nice clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond - huge thank you to the cleaning and reception staff who were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Free coffee in the morning from the ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine and soy milk available. Very good value

Great place to stay in lille
Great location with plenty of room, lovely staff and felt very secure. Plenty of bars and restaurants on its door step so don't feel like it's lacking in the car department plus you can utilise the kitchen

It prob looks a bit more flashy in photos than it is. I found the room very cold, and couldnt get anyway to heat the room. But everything you need and i slept really well

Thoroughly recommend this hotel
Great studio, everything you needed and in good condition. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen area in the studio was great with your own dishwasher and an oven downstairs in a great reception area with additional kitchen facilities. Free coffee and water 24 hours a day. Bathroom was large with a double size shower. The hotel is just next to the Grand Place and so very central

I was delighted by this accommodation. Plenty of light & power points, kitchen had plenty of cutlery, glasses , tea cups. Conveniently located. Decent supermarket nearby for a cheap night in with the microwave

New property with modern design and large apartments. The public areas are cozy and functional and the apartments are roomy and well equipped. Difficult to stop with the car in front of the building, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage, try and unload somewhere near before heading to the public carpark.

Spacious apartments. Free gourmet coffee machine in the lobby which was nice. My only criticisms are that the common area had a musty smell and the dishwasher smelt horrible.

This is a brand new Adagio property in Lille. It has an ultramodern contemporary feel and excellent security features throughout the building. The central area has a nice gathering area and rooms are spacious and well equipped for an aparthotel. A large grocery store is within a block of the property. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and excellent in English as well as French.

I was greeted with real friendliness.Reception was cosy and inviting. My apartment was spacious for a solo traveller. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked new. Plenty of towels and soap etc. The hairdryer didnt work but I'm sure they would have replaced it if I had asked. However I had brought my own. Also it's at the edge of the Old Town so lovely for souvenir shopping etc. If I visit Lille again I will be staying here. It's fabulous

As you arrive at entrance it seems very small, but that impression melts away as you enter a clean, modern, spacious and classy interior. I honestly am very happy I chose to stay here. The room is also very nice, and the kitchenette and ability to cook is a huge bonus.

I was very impressed by the property. It was spacious, bright, modern, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room I had was spacious and modern. I love having a hot plate and ability to cook.

Very good stay with excellent customer service.
This aparthotel is very well located and close to many shops. There is no parking provided by the property, but you can leave your car on the streets or pay a parking fee to the nearest parking station. The staff speaks good English and they are very kind and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than I expected from the description of my reservation. It was well equipped with almost everything included. Very clean as well. Only a small thing that I was not expecting was that that the kitchen had only a small microwave with grill combination and I would prefer a small oven instead. A big pot was also missing that made a bit challenging to cook pasta for example. Other than that I was very satisfied with my stay. I will definitely choose to stay there again.

Everything looks new. Things in the kitchen look untouched. The free coffee is great. Just would have been better if there were teabags in the room as there's a kettle!

This hotel is fabulous. It is in a great location - close to old town and easy walk from train station. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff accommodates is with an early check in. We had a full kitchen in our apartment and everything was in good condition. We will book this hotel again.
