Perfect spot for a girls trip
We had a great time . All the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might need . The only Issue we had was the floor had not been cleaned well which was causing an ant issue .

Thank you for the heads up. Cleaning service mops floors after each guest leaves. Ant traps will be put out and plumber called to address leaky faucets.

Great Getaway
My family and I had a lovely time staying at the townhouse. It’s close enough to at the action on Main Street that you can walk. The space was clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 kids and it felt like a good sized space for us (not too small but not too large either).

We enjoyed our stay in Lake Placid. The townhouse was very clean and having 3BR and three bathrooms for 5 adults was excellent. The back porch was nice for sitting outside and enjoying the wooded area. I would have liked it to be a little closer to town as we were not able to walk the distance, but we were able to find parking. We would definitely stay again.

The home was just right for us.
We had a short stay over Labor Day weekend but we did a lot and the location and home were great. Local mountain hikes and time in downtown Lake Placid relaxing; all very convenient. I hope to return sometime. - Tom

Great Place to stay
We stayed 2 night in Lake Placid and really enjoyed the accomodation. Close to downtown - we walked to dinner and the location is quiet and peaceful. I would recomend this place.

Great property!!
This is a great property, 3 spacious bedrooms, each has their own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable house, loved the Olympic Decor. Owner was very easy to work with, answered any questions with a few minutes, would definitely stay again!!

Nice Quiet Place
It was nice place. Walkable to lake mirror. There is no AC but weather was good and didn't felt the need of it also there were fans in each bedroom some fans should be replaced as they don’t blow enough air. Kitchen was well stocked. Towels looked very old , may be we are used to using white ones. Over all it was nice place to stay with family and friends.

Very quiet and private location. It was so nice to have three full bathrooms and laundry on site. We enjoyed our stay. There is no AC and it was quite hot and humid while we were there, but there are fans provided. Remember to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchen stocked with good array of basic spices and oils.

Perfect home for a smaller family
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super convenient to all the things in Lake Placid and walkable to everything downtown. We are an active family of 4 so walking is not an issue for us. I will give a disclaimer to any older guests or those pushing a stroller it is a steep hill out of the complex and then back up the hill from Main Street. It is obvious the host takes pride in the property. Some general thoughts: the Olympic décor is fun, the kitchen is well stocked with supplies, it's great that each bedroom has it's own bathroom, it is a very private location (dead end cul-de-sac backing to trees), very well stocked with linens/towels, friendly and responsive host. Only non-five star rating was for cleanliness, which may have been an off occurrence as others posted highly about the cleanliness.

Great, roomy and well appointed town house located within walking distance from Main Street. We found everything we needed for our stay, from well stocked kitchen with utensils to abundance of towels and blankets. Owners were responsive and answered all questions we had immediately. We stayed in December,the condo was super warm, clean and driveways and paths cleared of snow.The kitchen was well stocked.We were a family of 5 adults and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.The location is perfect for downtown and short driving to any winter activities.

Relaxing in Lake Placid
I (and we) enjoyed the coziness, adjustable heat and the abundant supply of pots/pans and dishes. The closeness to town was a big plus for all of us and I felt safe there. You may not know that 2 of the lamps in the LR are missing light bulbs. However, we did have to wash the coffee pot and a number of dishes before using them. Bits of food were crusted on the dishes. There was a number of noticeable cobwebs around the fireplace. The beds were really comfortable except for the twin closest to the bedroom door. Because of the plastic cover on the mattress, every time I moved/turned over, I could really hear the scrunchy noise it makes. All in all, a lovely accomodation. Thank you

We were a group of 7 people with 2 kids and elderly so the downstairs bedroom with full bath was very helpful, had very nice time at this townhome, location is amazing and property has everything you need for a weekend in Adirondacks area. It's short walk to mirror lake and the downtown, rooms are big and well maintained.

A Quiet Stay in the Mountains
The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. And had a welcoming feeling. Since we had two senior adults who avoided stairs, the downstairs bedroom and full bath were a plus. We enjoyed the quiet of being near the woods (especially the back deck), yet the ease of getting into town and to local restaurants. It’s definitely a place to return to in the future.

The place was nice, clean and well located. I had 2 issues, one was that the hot water runs out and with the amount of guests at 7, it was impossible for us to all shower. Second which we are not sure who's fault it is the listing reads 3 bedrooms but then in the layout says Bedroom 4 Futon/pullout, which was a little inconvenient as it was in the living room.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes there are 3 bedrooms. The unit does sleep 8 when you include the pull out couch that is in the living room. As to the hot water issue: we have the biggest hot water heater that will fit in the available space. Seven guests will tax the heater. We are exploring adding another water heater to increase capacity.
