Perfekter Ort am Meer für einen Städtetrip nach Rom
Beschreibung, Lage sowie insbesondere die Sauberkeit des Objektes waren super. Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch Claudio waren überragend. Wir konnten unser Auto drei Tage im abgeschlossenen Hof abstellen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrmittels die ewige Stadt erkunden. Abends hat es dann noch für ein Bad im Meer gereicht. Einzig das Nachtleben der Jugend von Ladispoli mit den Mopeds sorgten für teilweise unruhige Nächte...Letztlich aber kein Problem.

Eine richtig tolle Zeit
2 Wochen war die Wohnung unser Zuhause. Schon vor der Anreise hatten wir mehrfach Mailkontakt zu Claudio, der stets schnell und umfangreich antwortete. Am Anreisetag meldeten wir uns kurz vor unserer Ankunft und als wir ankamen erwartete uns Claudios Mutter und wir erhielten den Schlüssel und alle nötigen Informationen. Ausserdem hatte uns Claudio zusätzlich per Mail und Link noch mitgeteilt, wo wir Supermarkt etc. finden. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, hell, freundlich, sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere Auto war im geschlossenen Innenhof gut abgestellt. Für Tagesausflüge nach Rom ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, mit dem Zug fährt nach ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Valikan. Das Touristenticket BIRG nach Rom kostet z.Zt. 8 €, mit diesem kann man Bahn,Bus, Metro, Strassenbahn 24 Stunden nutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstelle, Bars und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, der Strand nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder! Mille Grazie für alles Claudio

Troisième séjour à Ladispoli eT nous sommes toujours sous le charme de ce bel endroit . L'appartement est très confortable , bien équipé et super bien situé . Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires qui sont très accueillants , au petit soin pour nous !

Rien à dire....Tout est parfait. L emplacement de l appartement, sa proprété , ses services. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Claudio et Noëlle. Des gens sympathiques qui restent vraiment à la disposition de leurs clients. Pour la moindre question, Claudio est disponible et nous donne la réponse. Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié et nous n hésiterons pas à revenir si l occasion se présente. Merci pour tout Claudio et à une prochaine fois. Peut être à Annecy ? Parfait à recommander
Notre séjour était parfait. Appartement tout rénové, très agréable, tout confort. Situé à deux pas de la plage et 30 mn en train de Rome. Claudio et son épouse Noëlle ont été très gentils. Je recommande cet appartement et si nous revenons sur Rome nous n'hésiterons pas à reprendre cette location. Merci beaucoup à Claudio et Noëlle.

Perfect accomodation near Rome
This accomodation has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, nice and clean. The owner, Claudio gave us a very warm welcome and give us many useful tips about things to do and so on. We can really recommend this accomodation.

Appartamento comodo e funzionale con parcheggio; proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile
L'appartamento è pulito, in buono stato, comodo, funzionale e molto ben attrezzato, anzi corrisponde in tutto all'annuncio e alle fotografie pubblicate. E importante segnalare che ha una lavatrice propria (nell'annunzio invece si legge che ha una "lavanderia a gettoni"). Inoltre ha un parcheggio interno. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diversi supermercati e per andare a Roma si può prendere il treno; la stazione è raggiungibile a piedi. Il proprietario è molto gradevole e gentile; è sempre disponibile e risponde ogni richiesta, anzi non è necessario aspettare molto tempo una sua risposta. Dall'altra parte, la relazione qualità/prezzo è ottima. Raccomando a tutti questo alloggio.
