Very clean. Surprisingly quiet given it is just off a main highway. Check-in was a bit confusing. The Staff was helpful and informative. Suggested a great place for dinner and pointed us in the right direction for a quick hike.

Effectivement, notre réception ferme à 23h00 comme la plupart des petits hôtels, par contre il y a service 24h pour la clientèle. Nous nous assurons de donner un très bon service, les évaluations en témoignent, c'est très triste de recevoir une note aussi basse pour des événements qui sont hors de notre contrôle et que nous aurions pu régler rapidement, en recevant un appel. Le numéro de téléphone de la réception est très bien visible autant dans les chambres qu'à l'extérieur.

Property and rooms are very clean. It’s a motel but the price was very good. Convenient restaurant on the premises and you know it’s good when the town people are eating there.

Excellent choix d'hotel pour être à proximité du Parc des Hautes Georges et autres attrait de la Malbaie. J'ai séjourné à quelques reprises et les chambres sont agréables, toujours propres et super bon service.

Portion motel. Le check in est tardif à 4 PM. Nous sommes arrivés à 2 PM et la dame à la réception n’était pas en mesure de nous dire quand notre chambre serait prête. Je lui ai demandé s’il était possible de nous appeler quand elle le serait. Sa réponse: « Non, revenez à 4 PM ». Plus bête que ça tu meurs.

A little unpleasant
Unfortunately, our room wasn't very clean. There were several, large spiders in the room and many spider webs throughout. The room smelled slightly like cigarette smoke covered up by a very strong chemical cleaner smell. The flooring and accent wall are nice and clearly recently renovated, but the rest of the room (the furniture, the bathroom, the appliances) are very old and unpleasant. The armchairs were either stained or ripped. The TV did not work and the wifi was very unreliable.

It served the purpose for easy access right off the highway- booked the room for an overnight on the way to a further destination. The beds and linens were great quality!

1) Clean room,comfy bed, spartan with extras 2) When someone turned on a tap or shower it was very noisy 3) Hotel was right by the highway and was very noisy with the traffic I would probably not go back to this motel

Clean, large rooms. Office is a bit out of the way, down the hill at the campground. No English spoken but we managed with a little french, Staff were friendly and patient with my attempts at french.

Nice motel very inexpensive
Nice motel. Room very clean. Large bathroom with jetted bath for 2 people, very comfortable indeed. Bed a little uncomfortable though, need larger pillows. Homemade croissant very delicious breakfast. Overall very nice stay for a good price, especially love the jetted bath!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable
Overall our experience was very good. The room was large, very clean, the shower was wonderful and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. A continental breakfast was included, which my husband took and enjoyed. I opted for a full breakfast from the menu and it was extremely generous for the price. We would definitely go back...but we would ask for a different room other than Room 11, because when the room upstairs flushed their toilet, the sound of the water running through the wall beside our bed was terrible and loud enough to wake us up out of a deep sleep. But that was our only complaint, and not enough to keep us from coming back.

The motel was updated inside and out. Clean.
We had a hard time finding it. Poor lighting of the motel sign. Wish the reception was closer to the front but not in the back and no one was there. We had to go to the back, to the front reception which was for chalets, and return to the back again. All in all, it was good for one night.

Great for the price.
Had to change our booking arriving a day early, no problem. Arrived late at night and someone met us curbside to take us to the office which is a bit removed from the motel. Had a great trip around the Gaspe Coast and my wife won $1000. jackpot at the Casino.

Les Cotes de Charlevoix
We enjoy our stay at Le Riviera. We would definitively go back or recommend this motel. Hoping the parking spaces were more in number and clearely identified.
