Guest services was arguing with a customer when I called the front desk. The bathroom was dirty. The tv remote didnt work. The heater barely worked and was noisy. The room had a weird odor. The front door needed repair. I only stayed here cause I was tired. Lots of sketchy people in the parking lot. The front desk guy in the morning did not aknowledge I had paid a deposit in cash. I had to insist that he should check the room out to get my deposit back. He took forever almost caused me to be late for work. Place needs a renovation badly

I did not have TVs for the first four nights I was there my windshield got broken in the parking lot they said there's nobody on film and they also charged me $40 a night for my dogs for six night every night I got charged $20 a piece for my animals and on the website it said pet friendly it also said complimentary breakfast in there was a lie too

Totally disgusting! The room smelt like mildew and the toliet was missing the tank lid. Bathtub was disgusting and the blankets were nasty with burn holes. Place needs tore down if they cant remodel to were the room are even remotely habitable.

It was ok for the price. It definitely needs attention to cleaning but guy at desk was a good guy.

The whole place was just dirty, there was a cockroach, the bedsheets were dirty and had a urine stain on it. The image was also not accurate at all to how the place actually looked. Overall it did the job for a one night stay but I would not return.

the front desk, jaye, was rude ! immediately after checking in, we found a needle !!! upon telling the over night desk staff, we were told that we were responsible for it being there and that if we had one more issue we would have to leave . the next morning, i went back to the desk to speak about the situation and was told that needles do not happen at that location because they have housekeeping(even tho the room would immediately fail with the health department !) once again was told that we ‘planted’ the needles and not to ‘try that we them’ !! before walking out of office, was told we could leave right now and to never come back there((WHY WOULD WE?))

This motel served its purpose, a cheap safe haven after a drunken night out! There were bed bug covers on the beds, but we didnt see or get bit by any bugs. Overall our stay was comfortable, it was quiet and nobody bothered us. You get what you pay for!

The facility was horrible! Very dirty and the room was obviously smoked in. We were upstairs and the stairway going up was very unsafe. It felt like it could collapse at any moment. The bathroom was full of mold. They had painted the tub/shower and it was a mess.
There was a huge fight outside and the staff did nothing about it. We watched as a guy was thrown against our car several times by his girl no doubt! We found blood on our car in the morning. That's just for starters.

Horrible experience. Room was very dirty and smoky. Parking lot seemed dangerous. When I turned the heater on the room smelled like pee. I asked for a second room. They gave me another room that was no better. I asked for a refund and they said they would accept it but it would have to process though hotels.com. When I called hotels.com they tried to contact the hotel but nobody would answer. Don’t stay at this hotel. It’s horrible.

Stay away from this DUMPSTER! I repeat stay away from this DUMPSTER! This place is at the bottom of Dumpster! The boy working at the Front Desk is in jeans and T-Shirt with a burnt cigarette stuck behind his ear. While I was inside the lobby the only people coming to book room at this place were boys and girls looking for a ONE night session. This place is in the middle of NOWHERE. I do NOT recommend this place for a night stay, trust me you will regret staying at this place. Save yourself the hassle and regrets.

Horrible! Room smelled awful. Bathroom was dirty. No fitted sheets on the beds. Saw ants on the night stand. I have stayed at other Americas Best hotels and liked them. This one needs much work done to it. I say "all i need is a place to lay my head to sleep, nothing fancy" but this place was so bad that we left.

Needs mega work in room 228
Holes in walls, 1 headboard not properly inplace( mounting place was 8-10 inches above ), no plug for bathtub, mounting bracket for the hair dryer only had 1screw holding it in place which I bumped it and entire unit dropped to the counter. BUT THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THE AIR CONDITIONER LEAKIG ALL OVER THE FLOOR FROM UNIT TO THE BED,one big soggy mess, not to mention that all of that moisture can turn to black mold
