Nestled between East and West Hills of Hastings is Sandalwood Lodge, a spacious and detached Victorian house which has undergone extensive refurbishment. Overlooking Hastings Old Town, it is a perfect place to stay for those who would love to be close to the sea and the historic town of Hastings. 

Situated half a mile from Hastings Old Town, it is walking distance to the beach, and many restaurants in the town centre. The Country Park is just a short walk away.
With its own gated parking facility for up to four cars, Sandalwood Lodge has landscaped garden and terraces offering open views to the sea.

The house has two floors, with 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a modern open plan kitchen and dining area leading to separate sitting room. There is a separate cloak room on the ground floor and a utility room in the lower ground floor.

There is an annex accommodation which is situated on the first floor. This consists of one of the five double bedrooms. Also included is a separate sitting room with kitchen / dining area, overlooking vast costal views.

Prices vary from £500 - £700 per night, depending on the number of rooms required.
The house can accommodate up to 8-10 guests.
Please contact us via message if you do not require the use of the annex as we can offer a discount.

In the garden there is a Green Egg clay oven/Charcoal BBQ. All cooking utensils are supplied however we ask that you please bring your own charcoal with you.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in date.
No refund for cancellation made less than 14 days before check-in date.
Late arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Deposit - A pre-authorization of GBP £100 is due 1 days after arrival and released 7 days after departure.

Long term rental welcome.
Maximum occupancy 10 guests.
Minimum stay of 2 nights. Monthly rate based on 28 nights.
10 % discount on 6 nights bookings and 20% discount on monthly rates.

Gorgeous property in Hastings
This is a lovely homely place to stay with family and/or friends. The house had all we needed to entertain and relax. Beds v comfy and the host was so helpful when we couldnt work the cofee machine :) A superb stay.

Beautiful House.
The photos do not do this house justice. Very clean. Great location. Overall really great stay would 100% recommend. when visiting the house the annex is upstairs on the left- this area was completely open when we arrived so assumed we could use it. This was not the case- so just be aware you do have to pay extra for that. Host was nice about the whole situation. Thank you.
