The A/C unit fan weeps not shut off, even when i turned the unit OFF. Pillows are losy too. Did not get a good night's sleep.

The setup and colours of the hotel are nice. There's just some maintenance issues to take care of and it appears to be somewhat understaffed. The room doors are beautiful and heavy, however the door frames do not seem engineered to support their weight as at least ours out of alignment and required more than usual force to close. They were starting renovations when we stayed, so hopefully they will take care of these sort of things. I would stay here again. It would be a recommended place if maintenance and staffing were improved.

The property was dirty. It was behind a bunch of other stuff on a dirt road. The door was hanging off and we couldn't get it open or closed. Very good.

Very nice Coming to the property knowing the Hot tub & Pool Are in full service. Breakfast was delicious, Our room accommodations were to our satisfaction for our stay.

This was a very pleasant surprise. We had stayed at the Holiday Inn next to Astoria and was not impressed in the least. However, on my return trip I decided to stay at the Astoria. I wish I had known beforehand we would have stayed there instead.

Everything was very good except the pillows were to firm and we were put in a handicap room even tho we were not handicap. I would recommend to anyone that this hotel was comfortable and would be a good choice to stay.

I’m literally so confused as to why this hotel isn’t rated higher. Easy to find, easy to park, staff are friendly, property is new, rooms are lovely, very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great and we felt very safe. And the price was very reasonable. There is nothing I can give negative feedback on. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff was wonderful. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast gal… all so kind, helpful, welcoming. Hotel common area/breakfast area is nice. Rooms are a little funky/claustrophobic. Linens were scratchy. Pool is a bummer. Kind of run down, old, small, junky. Just not an inviting area for kids. Breakfast was amazing tho. Would stay again if I was traveling without kids.

We have stayed here several times and never had a problem but this time our room was dirty. Had it not been so Kate and my husband immediately falling asleep I would have asked to move room.

Bed was like sleeping on a Rock! The couch was full of stains. Carpet was ripped up. Everything seemed dirty. Breakfast was horrible!

I didn't like the fact that they put us right above the swimming pool when they had a birthday party scheduled for the pool. The noise didn't stop tell 11.

The property as a whole was great! The employee was even better and went above and beyond in assisting us with a issue we had with our TV. This hotel and staff are awesome.

We checked in after a long day of driving and then once we got everything unloaded in our room and walk downstairs we get asked if we can switch rooms because the lady below us called and complained because our son was running around which he was not. So we had to then switch rooms then we were getting ready for bed and on the top quilt there was legit dried up Sh*t on the bottom of the quilt. I called asking if I could get a new one and the reason why and said i'd have to come down to get a new one. Another reason I booked a room here because of the pool and hot tub but of course the hot tub was out of service. To say the least our stay was unpleasant after a long day of driving.

Just stayed one night but the front desk staff were great. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of hot and cold food. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
