It was great , I liked how it was cleaned and and the room suited me well . I didn’t like how cold the room was and I couldn’t fix it other than that it was great.

The property was very nice. Pool was cleaned while I was there and appears very well taken care of. There’s a kitchen with full size stove and fridge. Glasses, some pans, and silverware provided. The floors were a little sticky and the area rug needed replacing (Or a trip the dry cleaners). Overall, I would return biggest down side was I would of liked the floors to be cleaner. Additionally, parking was confusing on arrival but, the office cleared it up for me with a five minute phone call.

There is no reception and you don't get the check in details until the day you arrive. You are expected to ring a US number which costs a fortune with a European phone. We received a text and email saying that they were double booked and we had to move to another apartment which also had no reception and so we had to go to a third hotel to get keys. It took an hour an extra from our day and the replacement apartment was further from the bars and restaurants.

Stay away from Sibi hotel
The property cancelled our apt due to my CC not going through. I called my CC company and the company told me that SiBi beach hotel did not properly charge my card and therefore the company did not approve the transaction. The property put $0 charge on the card. I tried contacting the property via email and phone with no response. The property ph # is a private cell phone , which i left multiple messages. I also tried contacting hotels.com but unsuccessful because their system was having issues. I was traveling all day with my family and it was very stressful to get to fort Lauderdale with no place to stay... I unfortunately have to cancel my CC since they have my info, i didnt want this sketchy place running my credit card in the future . Don't risk it, and stay way from this property a

We loved the location of the property and it’s proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and highways. The space inside the unit was great as well. The temperature inside was incredibly uncomfortable (freezing), because it was unseasonably cooler outside no adjustment was made inside such an open window with an air filter that was running. The wall unit never gave heat no matter how much we tried to adjust it. The blankets in the unit were small and thin forcing us to go out and purchase a heavier one so we could get some sleep!! It was evident that the unit was not swept, mopped or even wiped down before we checked in. We did get clean sheets on the bed!! A more detailed clean up and prep would make this an ideal choice.

We stayed one night and it was spring break week. We had trouble sleeping due to noise and could not get room dark due to outside lighting. Room was small but okay for a short stay and location was excellent. Short distance to beach and restaurants. There is no staff onsite. You communicate via email and text and get a code to enter your room. We did enjoy early check in.

the bed was terrible, the walls are so thin we could hear the people beside talking to at least 2 am in the morning. We asked them to call for a cab to pick us up and none came. Likewise for another couple from the UK. We got our own and finally when we were on our way we got a text from SIBI that a cab was coming to get us.

The owner and property managers were very nice and honest. The room was small but clean. They need blackout curtains and the coffee pot didn't fit the maker. We couldn't get the TV to work and when we called the owner said he would call someone but no one showed up. We requested a king size bed but didn't get it. Very close to the beach and restaurants. They need a pop/water vending machine and icemaker. With a little work it could be a very nice small hotel. Mattress was very comfortable. They had a pool and pool chair area which was a surprise and it was well kept and very nice.

They cancelled our reservation the night before we arrived claiming they tried to process the card on file and it was not authorized , like a lot of people I have a block on transaction requested from out of town , they never called me they just sent an email saying that they cancelled never had this problem before.

We never got a chance to see the property since we arrived in Florida with no place to stay. There was an issue with my card when the hotel tried to charge it. Even after rectifying the situation after 10 minutes, I received no response from the hotel! Orbitz ensured that the room was reserved and I had nothing to worry about. When our plane touched down at 3, we did not receive the required checkin information. I called the hotel and no one picked up. I then called Orbitz again and was told that the room was gone. The gentleman on the phone assisted with finding another room for $500 for 1 night! I proceeded to find my own room for the night.

I had booked this hotel stay 3 months in advanced. My reservation was cancelled on Super Bowl weekend, the day of my arrival. Cox Hotels said there was something wrong with my credit card which was untrue as I double checked it as I had entered the number to reserve the room. It appears that this company wanted more money because of the event. This hotel is NOT recommended.

Well, I can't really say what the property is like because I did not get to stay there. On our drive to Florida, the owner of the property called and said he didn't have a room because the previous guests made damages. He mentioned that the hotel across the street had a room for us and that it was 70 dollars less. At this point, I was not mad and understood that sometimes things happen. The owner sent me a link and when I went to the hotel's page, the hotel was actually $100 more than what my orginial amount was. I called the owner back and told him that I would look for something myself since the hotel across the street was more expensive. He said he could help with that and told me he would call me back in about 15 min (never heard back from him). He also said that due to all the inconvenience, I would get 2 nights free on my next stay (not sure how since I never heard back from him). I recently noticed that they had overbooking problems based on other recent reviews, and I actually emailed them twice prior to my trip but they never reached back out to me. Maybe that was the first bad sign. I guess the only good thing, is that I was not charged for anything since I chose the pay at hotel option. This wouldnt be somehwere I would want to make a reservation in the future though.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! (It's not a hotel)
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL - IT'S AN APARTMENT BUILDING. This jerk must have listed this apartment building as a hotel when he wasn't fully rented out. BUT it IS FULLY RENTED NOW! My experience: I reserved a room for this place about 3 to 4 weeks before hand. Myself and my girlfriend arrived at 930pm, but there's no office. Basically you wander around until someone points you to the supers' room. He didn't know we were coming so he asked us to call the owner and ask what room we were supposed to be in (because he knew there were no rooms available). The owner wouldn't pick up. The super went away to try and get a hold of him - we're left sitting in lawn chairs out in the courtyard. After 30 minutes with no sign of the Super (he is now hiding from us), I call Hotels.com. They say they'll try and find us another place nearby. We rented this specific place so we could walk to the event we were here for. After another 30 minutes of waiting with all our luggage in the dark outside, they let us know there are no rooms available anywhere nearby. (not true, we went and looked at the hotels.com site and there were a number of them) So they reserved us at the Airport Crowne Plaza even though I found a room that was closer, cheaper and actually on the beach, but the Hotels.com guy said he couldn't change the reservation. So now we get to Uber back and forth everyday instead of walk, and stay in a seriously crap hotel. Anyway, the guy must have bought all those positive reviews, AVOID!

This was the worst experience I have ever had traveling. Travelocity should no longer work with this hotel. We spoke to the owner at 3pm day of check in. He told us our room would be ready when we arrived around 7-730. We arrived to the hotel around 730. He did not pick up how phone to check in. After 30 minutes we received a text saying that he overbooked and gave our room away. He refused to pick up phone calls. This was a horrendous experience and we had to find another place to stay. I cannot stress enough how terrible this owner was and the experience here. I will be telling everyone and strongly urge other people to not stay here.

When u check in there was no one there they leave a piece a paper with a combination code to enter your door so anyone can see the number, the room didn’t look like the photos make it out to be, also the bed was very itchy I thought it was me but the next morning my husband was saying the same thing. I guess u get what you pay for because the only good thing about it was it was really cheap if you have a few extra dollars I would recommend going somewhere else also there are only six parking spots but nine rooms there was no where to park

The family suite was beautiful and fully stocked. Too bad we were only there over night. I would love to be in this suite for a week. Right in the middle of everything! Very comfortable and beautifully furnished.

Sibi Beach Motel. A hidden charm.
Wonderful little spot. Pool temperature was about 95 degrees. 😀 Tad noisey during the day with the traffic.

Spacious apartment
Very spacious apartment in great location for the beach. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Only stayed one night but would be good for longer stays as had a large kitchen. Only thing we didn't like was the lack of sound proofing. We could literally hear every word spoken by the guests next door.
