Location was great. Beach is quite and food for families. After making the reservation thru Expedia, the hotel will charge a "mandatory" daily fee, apparently for beach access, Wi-fi, etc. Expedia does not make you aware of this and you simply can't opt-out of the daily fees once in the hotel. Beach chairs, breakfast, and parking are all additional fees.

Check in staff is rude. Restaurant service was sooooooo slow. Chairs and umbrellas are removed too early on the beach area and only one umbrella and 2 chairs per room. In general I don’t think i would stay in this place anymore.

The beds are old and low to the floor The curtains were very dirty old had holes The balcony windows were very dirty did not get clear visual of the ocean The pool and hot tub was very dirty Patio furniture was old and dirty the location is awesome right on the beach If the owner would invest in re modeling and up dates it would be nice hotel

When checking in on 04/13/24 around 6pm the gentleman that stated he was the assistant manager was not polite or professional. He was not helpful in familiarizing us at all with the property. He did not address my wife and I nor look up at us for some time. I asked for a bell cart & he said that Valet would provide one as he doesn’t do that. When I went back to valet, they said they do not provide bell carts & that we would need to go back to front desk & rushed my wife & I out with all of our luggage from the vehicle without a bell cart which was very overwhelming and stressful. It was a horrible first impression. Additionally, the same assistant manager provided us with the wrong code to get into the property gate. We were stuck outside at the beach area around 8pm for about 20 minutes until we finally got someone’s attention to help us to get in. I brought everything to the assistant managers anttention & he did not care or show any concern and was non apologetic. I asked for the manager so I can share my bad experience and he said he’s the only manager. However Fernando up front was very pleasant. Fernando also helped familiarize us with the property and providing a map and recommended restaurants etc. The lobby and 7th floor tile floors were always very dirty and sticky even though I asked for it to be cleaned. Valet kept closing out our account so we were delayed & always having to make a new account. There were holes in the pillow cases.

The staff and clientele were all very kind approachable and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms were updated. The main pool is heated and even after the rain remained warm. All you need to bring to the beach is your sunscreen. There's a permanent sand box and the lounge chairs are provided.

The area is very safe and quiet. The property is dated 80’s 90’s … we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean. We would visit again.

The hotel staff was very friendly. If you need anything additional, I would ask in person. Calling the front desk results in either no one answering or they do not complete the task requested. The hotel was dated and minor repairs are needed everywhere. Our room was next door to some repairs that were going on 3 out of the four days of our stay. The TV quit working after 2 days. The price point is too high for what you get and everything is very expensive and not worth the price point. I would not recommend for the price.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Beach area very well maintained pool area was nice as well, but showing some age. Our king room was very nice with balcony that had partial view of beautiful beach. The exterior hallway rug had an offensive odor. Other than that our stay was great Easy walking to shops and restaurants

You’ll love the staff here.They are exceptional but the location and the rooms and their sliver water views are disappointing especially considering the price we paid. Pools were dirty and rooms were old and falling apart. Their valet system is a mess and they need to work on consistency at check-in. Many items promised to us but never delivered. Wonderful staff and Jennifer and Warren were THE BEST.
