We had an incredible stay!! The house was very comfortable and decorated nicely. It was a perfect location for spending time with family playing games and watching movies. And the view was spectacular.... especially at night. Thanks for a great stay!!

Family reunion down the drain

The home is very nice. Great location and plenty of room. The surrounding area was quiet and you can’t beat the views. The bedrooms were nice and generally well furnished. The living room area was perfect for gathering and relaxing. However we did face a rather major problem. The garbage disposal did not work and the sink area had a could odor from the food left in the disposal by previous guests. We contacted the property manage immediately when we found the problem, but it took a day for anyone to show up and even then the problem was not resolved. One of the perks to using VRBO homes over a hotel is we can offset the house cost some by bringing our own food instead of eating out. Sadly when the kitchen sink is not working, including the dishwasher it makes food preparation and clean up impossible. So instead of enjoying our purchased food we had to take 8 people out to eat 6 times. Which greatly increased the price of our trip. I have attempted to resolve this issue with Vacasa and have not gotten a satisfactory response. They offered 100, and I explained the situation and increased costs. I was told they would look into to it and get back to me. It has been several days and I have heard from no one yet. The home is nice and could be prefect with attention to details like functional appliances and a little better effort cleaning.

Amazing!

We would 1000% stay here again! I planned a little friends get away to celebrate my partners birthday and this house surpassed our expectations. The view was amazing, the house had everything we needed (coffee grinder, blender, cooking things, etc), our dog was welcome, and check in/out was a breeze! We also loved how there was multiple places to gather and the porch over looking the view was our favorite. Looking forward to our next trip.

THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A 4+ rating, but strong sewer odor kept lingering into the home. Also not a very Secure place for trash containers kept having an issue with bear/raccoons tearing up trash bags. One more thing lack of full control of AC units when it’s over a 90° weather you would think you would have complete control of your cooling system!! set at 74° with pass code lock. overall Beautiful home with gorgeous Mountain views and city lights.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The property was fabulous!! The view was spectacular and the woods in the front of the house was perfect!! We got to see some deers was was really nice!! The house was so comfortable we all felt like we were home away from home!! Looking forward to coming back at some point in time!! We would like to be there during snow time!!

Lovely home

A lot of effort has gone into this being a nice place to stay. Few things were not to our liking. 1. Cobwebs in the front door area. 2 barbecue peeling on the top lid, almost got black stuff on steaks. 3. ants in the master bedroom sink area. 4. window needs to be cleaned in the kitchen (not the one over the sink. 5. slow draining jacuzzi tub in master bath. In my opinion these are housekeeping issues, except for the barbecue. Again, very nice home, we are all happy we had the opportunity to stay there.

Stunning view and great vibe!

This was by far the best rental I've stayed at on the mountain. The instructions for unlocking and locking the door were clear and easy to follow. The home itself is beautifully decorated and clean with a comfortable yet chic vibe. The TV in the main area is perfectly sized for the room and adjustable. The view is absolutely stunning by day and night in all but 1 room. The main room is open to the upstairs with a stone fireplace hiding the stairs to the upper floor. The kitchen, though slightly dated, has all of all the pots, pan, utensils that we needed including some gallon disposable bags for leftovers. The bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers in the showers. The bedrooms were good sized and the beds comfortable. There is a welcome binder with detailed descriptions of all there is to do in Crestline and the surrounding areas including recommendations to local restaurants. We didn't use it but there is a downstairs studio apartment with a massive TV on the basement level that includes a full bath and kitchen that also has a view. I really don't have anything negative to say about this place. We will definitely rent it again.

View Home

Beautiful property with breathtaking views. Loved the house even if it didn’t have views. MBR on main floor, great in-law suite in basement and two more B/R upstairs. The only issue we had was the electricity went off on Saturday and was not back on by 1:30 on Sunday, so we left a day early. (Sunday was our last full day at the house). No fault of homeowners. Would recommend.

Awesome Location and Beautiful House

We enjoyed our stay in this bright and spacious house. Location was perfect for us as it was quiet with a great view. Would recommend arriving for the first time during daylight hours. The road is twisty and the way difficult to find if you haven’t seen it before. Thank you for a great stay!
