Cologne Trip
Would be nice if the hotel had a restaurant and bar. Location is great for the airport. Breakfast is good but 14 Euros is a lot. Parking is expensive 11 Euros per day. There are restaurants within walking distance but on a Monday night in January very few are open. Cologne is a beautiful city.

We book the hotel including breakfast and parking free, the hotel changed we had to pay extra 48 euro. When you expect the hotel price is settled and paid. More worse it can’t be. I can not agree that the hotel change the policy 7 days ago to have breakfast not included in the rate. We feel that this is a common trap now. Hotel blame Expedia for this issue. Isn’t it. Not more. Bad Experience
I booked this hotel for 4 rooms and paid for all the rooms and overnight parking for everyone. All of us had to leave at different times so all was good, but when my three friends went to leave, they were asked to pay for the parking token again to leave the property. This really is a bad situation as I explained this to the front desk clerk and left the names of the other guests in my group with him. I guess he couldn't remember this information for one hour until the others checked out. Very bad and parking should be included if you are staying at the hotel as a guest! We will choose another hotel next time because of this.

The Room and the staff were fine. The breakfast was good. My main gripe was the the signage for the hotel particularly the entrance and the process of getting into the car park. Its impossible to see any signage for the hotel from the autobahn. There is no clear signage for the entrance to the hotel. There is no signage for knowing how to enter the car park. Exiting the car park required a token, not sure why. Otherwise ok

Hidden Gem
We got in a little later than expected but when we finally found the hotel and a decent parking spot, we were thoroughly impressed. Very nice and friendly staff. The entire area was clean clear and organized. Our room was bright and clean. Nice stay indeed.

apart from parking it is nice hotel
Overall stay was fine, best thing about the hotel is that it is very close to the motor way. What I did not like is the parking at the hotel, it gets full early in the evening and First night I reached hotel 10:30pm, there was no parking space, asked at reception to give any idea about where can I park and the receptionist literally said I don’t know just go. I end up parking in the drive way at a place where it was out of the way without creating any problem then I the morning I found a warning letter on my car screen. Following evening came back to hotel about 6pm and barrier did not open I had to walk through the parking and there were 5 empty spaces I went to reception and got similar answer as I had previous night. Told him that there are many empty spaces the he agreed to open the barrier from inside, I wonder probably it was the same case previous night. The staff is helpful but when it comes to parking they don’t really care to help.

This is a very nice hotel, fairly close to the airport. It is very modern and well kept. The staff was very friendly and bi-lingual and ordered us a large capacity cab for an early morning pickup without a hitch. The pillows are big, lumpy and were not my thing, but the bed was very comfy. Good security with gates, and a little bar / restaurant, too. We had to get up too early to check out the breakfast. You will see some reviews stating that they don't have air conditioning and that it's very loud. Neither of those are true. The rooms do have air conditioning, but it is off by default. It is not the world's most intuitive interface to turn it on, but you don't need to be an HVAC tech to figure it out. And the windows are excellent - if you shut them , it is very quiet. We'd stay there again

Hotel conveniently close to the motorway.
Staff in general were underlining and seemed disinterested in offering any service beyond the basic booking in and out. The hotel was 15 minutes from the airport just off the motorway which was convenient, but could not understand why the hotels parking incurred an additional fee, particularly as the hotel was in the middle of nowhere and you needed a car to get to it! Breakfast could have been nice if the staff had been more attentive and refilled items as they were eaten. Seemed it was on a first come basis, staff told us twice (only there four days) that breakfast items were finished up to an hour before breakfast was due to end. Room was comfortable and kept clean throughout our stay. Would recommend the facilities to anyone passing through Cologne for a few days but don't expect anything but basic service.

Advertised on the website that there was an airport shuttle, there wasn’t. Charged 30 Euro for each trip. They say there is a discount for hotel guests but there isn’t. Lift wasn’t working. No room service. Got to the hotel after a long flight and there was no way to get any meal or drinks without crossing the street to the petrol station. People running through the hallway and shouting in the middle of the night

Good, Clean and well maintained hygiene in the hotel. Location very close the business place where I was suppose to visit as well as to the Airport. Excellent breakfast (Good for Vegetarians as well). Cooperative Hotel staff and good service offered. I was in the Hotel form almost 5 nights and extremely happy with the stay. Everyday I leave early in the morning and arrive in the evening and the room looked as if like I am checking in again. Excellent cleanliness maintained. need to have a Sauna or a fitness centre. this would definitely help.

Bei Ankunft lag meine Buchung nicht vor, war jedoch im System. Deshalb erhielten wir das letzte freie Zimmer, Zi für Behinderte. Es war dunkel, draussen Busch vorm Fenster, und am Ende des Ganges Aussenzimmer, das kalt war, Heizung wurde nicht warm. Im Bad auch kalt, Heizstrahler über der Tür, der nur kurz nach Einstellen wärmte, vom Fussboden blieb es kalt. Wände sind schlecht isoliert, über uns wurden morgens und abends Möbel (Sessel?) verschoben. Frühstück war soweit gut. Personal an Reception war nett und hilfsbereit. Ringsherum laute Umgebung durch Hauptstrasse, viele Fahrten zum Krankenhaus im Stadtteil Sieglar mit Blaulicht, und Auffahrt zur Autobahn A59. Wenn man sich auskennt, gibt es hinterm Hotel eine Strasse, in der man kostenlos parken kann. Frühstück war

While we're located conveniently between Cologne and Bonn, we understand that the walk to public transport can be a bit lengthy.
