room was not cleaned at all. Poop stains in the toilet, towel in the middle of the room on the floor, pillows in disarray, dirt in the ice bucket with no liner available. Will not stay at another Westin. The previous room keys were on the table even. Clearly not cleaned.

I was in town for my graduation and needed to leave my belongings in my room during graduation which would be past checkout time. I was granted extra 3 hrs to checkout and was beyond grateful for this.

Upon getting into our room and going to adjusting our ac, we noticed the vent completely covered in black mold. I did report it and we were moved to another room. Not much better. The bathroom vent there was covered with thick gray dust that you could set from the entrance way of our room. The bedding had sweat stains on it, the pillow on the chair had some nasty yellow stain on it. First on the light and human hair on the light fixture. For $350/night x 3 nights I expected better. Staff was very friendly I will say, but the rooms were NOT up to par. Would NOT stay here again.

Had a fractured tooth removed this week and oral surgery including bone graph. Could not go on trip, tried to contact Expedia and ins policy and was ignored and phone just rang and rang. Promised, e-mails from cancellation, call backs and promised refunds and was lied to. Expedia is a house of horrors. Want your money but hide after they get it. Sick and sad.

Wonderful staff, very helpful. Parking garage NOT so great and elevator from the garage is quite janky. Other than that, it was great being in the center of downtown & connected to McCormicks.

We called for ice when we arrived in our room because the ice machine on our floor was not working. We called the service number and requested ice and It was never delivered.
We saw Andrea Bocelli in concert. We returned to the Westin’ after 11pm, nothing was open to have a cocktail or snack.
Otherwise the overnight stay was very nice.

Bed sheets were dirty, the mirror film in the bathroom was coming off, there was a hole in the bathroom wall from what looked like a hairdryer having been removed, water pressure was minimal, little hot water even at uncommon usage times, breakfast was not easily accessible, no free Wi-Fi

Great place to stay, right across from Fountain Square. Hotel bathroom is starting to look a bit worn and the wifi was very glitchy and we could not consistently use it. (ALSO who charges for wifi?!)

They lost my Expedia reservation so I had to book at the desk when I arrived and now getting a refund for the first reservation is proving to be a big ordeal. And now they’re trying to suppress my bad review.

Our records show that your Expedia reservation never came across to our system from Expedia, likely due to an error between the two systems. This is the reason why the reservation could not be located upon your arrival. In addition, an Expedia representative was informed on 3/29 that this reservation did not exist in our system so the hotel could not issue a refund to Expedia for this booking since was never charged. As a result, your refund should have been processed on Expedia's end. We apologize for the confusion regarding this matter. We have requested that Expedia process the refund for your booking on their end. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a better stay with us.

The hotel was very busy. Front desk did not have enough staffing. We had a very tired after a long day and drive. After long wait to get out key, we got to our room and the keys did not work and there were pizza boxes outside. It sounded like someone is in the room. We ad to call front desk, then told to come back down. Now rather than two people at desk there was only one person. We had to wait again, explain things again and got a new room.
