Everything was great, we were in town for 3 nights for my grandsons Navy graduation, and I have no complaints about the hotel. clean, affordable, staff is very nice, room was comfortable, the room temperature was perfect. the breakfast was included and very good except I wish they had brewed coffee, it was a watered down version of hot coffee, but just not a very good
beverage. otherwise everything was great

Weird brown floaties in the pool (entire pool area was run down, had like water stains and rust so I assume it was from that?) and weird smelling water.
Walls of room are paper thin - I finally called the front desk around 11 saying it sounded like someone was opening and slamming closed drawers continually and squeegeeing water around, and the guy said “well you’re right above the employee laundry room but no one else has complained, so …”
Water bucket on the ground due to dripping water (it wasn’t raining outside …) and all around just lipstick on a pig feeling.

The property is older - however, clean and updated. It was a nice place to stay and very cost conscious. Would definitely stay there again.

We had no hot water for showers in the morning. Was told the breaker would be reset. 40 minutes later husband used another room to shower. Maintenance came in the evening and we ended up changing rooms, which wasn’t very convenient. Front desk was very apologetic at check out.

The hotel was a bit run down. There were places the drywall was patched but never painted. The shampoo bottles were half full, which makes me think they are refilled instead of new. The beds were hard but we were just there to sleep and leave so it worked for what we needed.

The guy behind the desk during the evenings is very professional. The Indian lady behind the desk seem a bit intimidating. She doesn’t smile at all, and kind of makes me feel uncomfortable. This would’ve been 5/5, but the lady is a different story.

The hallways and the room smelled just like chlorine from the pool my bed was uneven. The 2 gentleman's that work there were so very professional, but the lady not so much.
