Sehr geehrter Gast,vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Da Sie ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht haben, haben wir Ihnen einen Upgrade zu einem Wohnung im Residence Delle Rose mit 2 Schlafzimmer angeboten. Die Klasse der Wohnungen ist in der Tat 3 Sterne (für Wohnungen ist die Klassifizierung in Löwen, also 3 Löwen) so Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind nicht vorhanden.Wir haben die Bemerkungen zu den Möbeln zur Kenntnis genommen und werden im Winter alle Wohnungen überprüfen.
