Location is great for walking to local shopping and getting to the train station. However the staff seemed a little cold and uninterested. It looks old but not in a good way, could be retro chic and a cool hotel, but no real effort from staff or leadership. Air-conditioner is controlled by front desk and breakfast is just bread and juice (they need to stop saying continental). Beds were fairly comfortable. Room has no info about anything. No other amenities. A little more money gets a much better breakfast and pool just 2 blocks over - I switched Midway through our trip to the Dazzler Tower on San Martín.. waaaaaay better hotel...

Only thing missing in the room was a chalk outline. Staff was. Ice and curtious and location was great, but old, dirty looking and electricity went out my last night there and was not fixed by the next day when I left at 11 am. Disappointing

The most horrible, awful and dirty hotel I've been
Staff absolutely rude, lack of professionalism, and not keen to help guests at all. What the advertise on the web site doesn't match by far what they give. Dirty, smelly, and extremely small room( if one can define it as such) I feel completely ripped of to the point that I checked out myself the next morning at first time, and used Expedia to book a different hotel , losing money

I missed my Expedia reservation due to flight connections (weather) and of course you can tell Expedia and they do nothing and don't even respond. Anyway the hotel knew they could keep their money and do nothing for me so they did. That's expected too. But then to charge 50% more than Expedia rate for another night is just .. mean. Ah well too tired to fight. The room stinks (musty), is completely outdated and has a lousy hard lumpy bed. The internet is the worst I've seen in 10 years and over that time, probably 30 countries most developing world. Neither here nor there but stretches where no staff speak English. I mean checkout was easy. Location is really good. But no don't do it.

You get what you pay for. The rate I got was extremely good for the central location, but the place itself wasn' great. Small rooms that look like they haven't been renovated since the 70s. The beds are small and not very comfortable. Rooms also smell muggy.

Pleasant for the nice front desk staff
Front desk staffs are the bright point for my vacation. They are friendly, helpful, and able to resolve my problems such as SUBE card. I would rate the customer service to be for 5 star. Love to recommend this hotel to any travelers if you don't speak Spanish. But facility of Hotel Victory is really not fun. Only locals will stay. I did not see any travelers from the states. Warning: Room very small, don't be fooled by photos. Breakfast quality is low, nothing to eat except bread and orange juice. No protein. Neighborhood is shabby. Elevator is dangerous. If you open the door too early, just prepare to fall.

Honest Review
hotel wifi ONLY works in the lobby not rooms. Breakfast is okay. And your room will only be cleaned when you leave not during your stay. The hotel was nice though considering it wasn't too expensive so puting that into consideration the hotel was fine.

You get what you pay for, enough said
It was just "ok" nothing more nothing less. Check in was a bit of a game. Expedia sent me the confirmation, yet upon arrival they didn't seem to have any clue what I meant when I said Expedia. Took 2 hours to check in, and finally the guy was up front and said the reason for the delay was because the room wasn't ready... he could have just said that to begin with. The room was old and poorly kept, and the overall experience was sub-par for a supposed 3 star hotel, I'd give it 1, maybe 2. For a few bucks more, stay in a nicer place.

What an awful, awful hotel.I would never return here or recommend. The pictures are entirely misleading.This hotel is outdated and the wifi reception is terrible. My initial room was located by the main road, small, dirty and absolutely reeked of cigarettes. The manager was kind enough to upgrade me to a slightly better room at the back.The breakfast is less than basic and they do not even have dolce de leche! The night porter also called me at 02:30 in the morning to ask how many people were in my room! An absolute outrage! The manager the next morning apologied, but would not recommend Victory Hotel.

Excelente localização, próximo do centro e dos principais meios de locomoção. Quarta sempre bem limpo e aconchegante. Um ponto negativo é o Wi-fi, em alguns andares o sinal fica fraco e impossibilitado de usar. O quarto um pouco escuro, porém não me incomodou em nada. Um bom custo benefício.

Acolhedor para pessoas não exigentes.
O hotel fica bem localizado, pra quem vai e gosta de tudo perto, fica a uns 3 min do metrô e do Centro comercial. O senhor da recepção é bem sério, porém bastante educado, as senhoras que cuidam do café da manhã e do serviço de quarto são bastante educadas. Uma coisa que me incomodou um pouco são as luzes do hotel, mas nada que vá interferir na minha estadia, pois só chegávamos no hotel para tomar Banho e dormir por assim dizer. O café da manhã não é igual aos hotéis do Brasil que come-se a vontade desde ovos até frutas e café, apenas 2 croissants e 1 torrada com 1 copo com suco de laranja e 1 xícara com algo quente, seja café, chá ou chocolate. Mas no geral o hotel acolhe bem para pessoas que não são exigentes com tudo.

muy buena ubicacion y muy buen precio Lo malo el ruido hecho por la limpieza que comenzaba muy temprano y hablaban muy fuerte las mucamas junto con un motor o extractor en el patio donde daba la ventana que molestaba mucho Por otro lado el colchon era excesivamente blando y el tv era pequeño y antiguo
