We are 200 metres from The Royal Pavilion and 300 metres from the Beach.
Within the holiday village you will find small independent shops, restaurants, cafe's, bars and coffee shops, where you can sit back and relax or kick start your holiday at one of the trendy bars in style

The apartment comprises a large lounge and dining area, separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The apartment is split over two floors and is completely self contained for your own use, throughout the duration of your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests can access all areas of the property and there are no shared or communal spaces. The property is rented exclusively for guests and so you will not find any host possessions in the apartment.

This apartment is located in Brighton Square Holiday Village in the centre of the famous historic Lanes, in a secure gated development. The location is considered the prime centre.
It is 200 meters from The Royal Pavilion, 150 meters from the Theatre Royal, 200 meters from the Brighton Dome and 300 meters from the beach and its bike lanes. Komedia is 450 yards from The Brighton Square Holiday Village, while The Brighton Centre is 450 yards away.
Getting Around:
We are located 10 minutes walk from Brighton's main railway station. Gatwick airport is a 25 minute train journey. Numerous local buses serve the Brighton area including routes along the coast to Eastbourne.

We operate a self check-in process so that guests have the freedom to check-in at a time of their choosing (after check-in time) and so are not constrained by availability of the host to meet them. We find that this flexibility is popular with our guests.
