We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with your stay and we thank you for your honest review.Our hotel does not have an elevator as it is specified on all of our platforms, but we make sure to always assist our guests with the luggage upon request. We sincerely apologize for your bad experience with our breakfast buffet, we are constantly making sure that the food is fresh as it is prepared on the spot in the hotel every morning. The same goes for the crab claws and cheese balls- both were prepared the same morning, we do not have such items on our a la carte menu or on the kids menu.
