I stayed here once when they first opened. Over the years, the lack of proper maintenanceand caring, the establishment has fallen into despair...ripped and soiled upholstery. And it is too bad. It is disappointing.

Good hotel for transit. The free shuttle to/from airport was great (need to inform hotel in advanced). Got few restaurants nearby (accept credit card), no problem to find foods. Won't recommend for long stay, as Hotel not so clean.

Location was ok. However the hotel is a little tired and could do with a paint. Sharing the same jam and butter at breakfast is unhygienic.

What I like is the location is in the mall and also the hotel have pick up service to airport. what I didn’t like was the smell of the room, their staff wasn’t really professional, what they’re doing was playing with their phone plus I had terrible view from my room, cement wall view.

Disappointing service. We booked a room as we had a 14 hours transit period in Brunei airport. We thought it would be best to get a room and sleep rather than stay in the airport all day. Good thing about the hotel is they gave us the room earlier as we explained it will be a day use as we had to leave at 10 pm that evening so we would not use it overnight. Appreciated that they agreed but then when we went to the room it was only a double bed although we paid for a triple. Went back to reception and they said they will send an extra bed. The sink was leaking told them when they brought the bed they said ok, I thought they would send someone but no. The worse part of it is after we told them we need to sleep we realised they gave us a room 215 next to some extremely loud industrial extractions vent. It was impossible to sleep. So the purpose of paying for a room there was pointless. I feel the service provided by the receptionist at check in was appalling. She did not say hello nor the other staff actually. She also seemed very bothered to be at work. And they just ignored the fact that we needed a room to sleep and gave us a room on the loud side. £64 spent and got no value out of it. Staff should be more respectful to paying guests and be trained to identify guests needs and act on it. As a hotel manager myself, The service was of a very poor standard.
