Perfect for two travelers wanting to explore the biltmore estate and village. The room is set up like a hotel room with mini fridge , coffee bar, microwave, large closet area and bathroom. She has filtered water that we very much appreciated. Minutes to the biltmore and walkable to the village. Kim is a gracious host who is east to communicate with. It was perfect for a 3 night stay .

Another Great Stay
As always Kim is an amazing host. The house is well equipped, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever been in any VRBO. As a female traveler I was never concerned about my safety at all. The location is central to so much as well. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Spotless and great location
Kim’s rental was spotless and the check-in and check-out process was very simple. The property was also located close to historic Biltmore village where there are plenty of shops and some eateries to visit. Would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Asheville!

Little weekend getaway
Such a precious spot to unwind after a busy day near Biltmore Village. Within minutes of downtown and outlets as well. Kim has thought of everything! Communication was great and easy check-in and out! Highly recommend!
