"The person at front desk was really nice. I didn’t get his name but he allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to pool side view. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and breakfast was brill. The spa staff were really nice and showed me around. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. "This apartment and the surrounding area is very nice and quiet. Everywhere is clean and well maintained. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities that you might need. The airport is close and the airplanes can be noisy but we were not overly disturbed."

It's important to point out that I was reached out after my stay by one of the Guest Specialist Manager. He was really sorry for the experience I had and recognizes the areas of improvements. I appreciate their attention to this matter while they are worried about their guests experience - not many hotels actually care about calling their guests to understand the issues - and sincerely hope that improvements can be made to uphold the esteemed reputation that Radisson has built over the years."
