"Erin was responsive to inquiries. House was clean, beds were comfy, had basic necessities. There was a small front yard with covered porch, which was nice. The neighborhood was tight. Houses extremely close together and many dilapidated but mostly quiet, some barking dogs. The neighbor's house next to the driveway had a carport with a metal roof that flopped around in the wind.
