Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling."

"We were attending our nephew's graduation from Penn State, and this property was available and within range for the events we needed to attend. It was very clean and a nice set up for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the king-sized bed was nice to have. The set up is an 'apartment' that used to be office space. Very private and easy to find. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"The place was exactly as presented in the description. Very comfortable and welcoming. The communications with the owners and the site manager was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with a great stove and oven for our meal prep. The location by the creek was fantastic. Access to the rail to trail was a short drive.We will be back!"

"Communication was prompt before our stay. The property worked just fine for our hunting trip. Instructions at the house were a little confusing for some things. No instructions to operate the heat, as it was the end of November. Since we were all men, we figured it out fairly quickly. Only had about 6 pieces of paper towels when we arrived. "We were looking for a place in the middle of the state to have our family Christmas, I found this place on VRBO, it looked perfect. We were all very happy when we got there and the pictures didn’t lie! The house is amazing, we loved the kitchen and the outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone!
