"Fabulous hotel and location, perfect for exploring and walking the city, close to pubs and restaurants and the dock. Self check-in so there was no interaction with staff. Only issue for me was the really large pillows which proved difficult for sleeping. I would definitely recommend!"

Tuvimos unas vecinas de habitación muy ruidosas, pero eso es por la educación de cada persona, no es responsabilidad del hotel, aunque quizá podían tener más insonorizadas las habitaciones. La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo y al lado de las estaciones de tren y autobuses. Los recepcionistas Vanessa y Pedro nos dieron toda la información posible para la visita de la ciudad y lugares donde comer y los mejores pubs. Totalmente recomendable."

"Staff was rude and mentioned during checkin that heat will be off from 12-6 am. When asked them to give this in writing they said that they told us that if we need heat we need to tell them. This was not true. They never mentioned this during check in. Also the behavior was not really professional. "

"Excellent and clean with minimal noise despite the construction. The tub was a little deep compared to the bathroom floor but otherwise it was all amazing. The communal areas were clean and the staff was very helpful in calling cabs and assisting the Uber eats guy with finding me lol. There is a bus stop right down the street that will take you into town. "

They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!"

"The first night there was a party in the 3rd floor until 6 AM just below our apartment. We could not sleep at all and next day we had to leave early to the Cliffs of Moher. We finally complain in the reception the day after. They said that we should have told them the same night. Because this was an apartment, there was no telephone in the room to talk to the reception, which is in the hotel around the corner.
