BUENA UBICACIÓN MAL SERVICIO
Buena ubicación, el hotel está en buen estado, el problema es que con el pretexto del COVID solo hacen la habitación cada tercer día y eso si los presionas si no no la hacen, la realidad es que no tienen personal, fuera de ese detalle lo demás bien ✅

Thank you for the feedback. The housekeeping standard for Springhill Suites is every other day, not a COVID protocol. We're more than happy to schedule housekeeping more often when requested in advance. We hope to see you next time!

The property is a great location. The rooms are comfortable. The low point was that room was not as clean as it could be. My teenager found nicotine patches and food crumbs in the couch/day bed where she was sleeping on the night we stayed. For a Marriot property, I expect a clean room including the edges of the carpet/corners/couches.

Just a fantastic place to stay in Truckee. The General Manager Spring Untalan was very much involved in being sure that everything worked out great! My recommendation would be to stay at the Sprinhill Suites Truckee California.

Needed a room quickly in a rare blizzard and the General Mgr and staff really went above and beyond!!! Incredible staff

The management is just superb. Very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was equally friendly and accommodating... as were the front desk staff both at check in with parking recommendations as well as a late check out. Just outstanding and I've been recommending the Truckee Springhill suites to many people interested in visiting. Thanks!!

Ove stayed in plenty of nice hotels and the rooms here are really nice. Job well done, cheap material and furniture was not used. They spent the extra $$ making this place nice, and the breakfast thats included was well done.

Loved the hot tub on a cold snowy night and nice spacious rooms! Friendly staff. The parking should be included though, or they should build it into the price, it was kind of insulting to be asked for another $10 after paying a lot for the room. But all in all a nice stay on a business trip.

I cannot say enough great things about the ladies at the front desk. They were over the top helpful and accommodating. Thank you all for making a stressful day so much easier .

Dog friendly, clean, and comfortable.
Clean, updated, great stay in Truckee. Rooms felt very clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel was very dog friendly. Plenty of surrounding grass for our dog to roam around. 20 minute drive from palisades mountain. Would definitely stay here again if in the Truckee area!

The shower door allowed water leaks to puddle outside the shower. Even though the room was clean, modern and organized, the distribution was not very functional, for the capacity of the room the toilet and shower should have been separate from the washbasin and the TV may have been better placed

The staff are very nice. My allegedly clean room had dog hair all over the couch, which stuffed up my nose. They moved me to a room that absolutely stinks of cleaning products and is even worse for my allergies. I think they really mean well, but not sure I would stay here again. I shouldn't have to make a run for allergy medicine.

Perfect stop for our snowboarding weekend at northstar! My girls loved the rooms, clean and very nice, especially for the price. I loved the fact the rooms came with a Bible and a Book of Mormon! Excellent stay.
