"Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!"

"A treehouse stay is unlike any other, a little small but makes up for it with its quirky and unique structure. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay. One thing I might add, if you don't like not having a connected bathroom, this is not the place for you."

"There was a mix up with rental being double booked. Instead of cabin we reserved 15 months earlier, we were housed in a house apparently used as part of venue operations. It certainly was not what we expected but we made the best of it! It was clean and bed was comfortable so we chose to overlook the minor hiccups. Most importantly it was a great eclipse viewing site and the actual eclipse experience was extraordinary! All staff members were very kind and welcoming."

"We loved the place so much we booked it again. The dock was so awesome you’re on the lake all the time. They provided kayaks for all ages. My 8 year old was able to go out and have fun with his older brother and cousin. We caught a bunch of fish and the property is beautiful. We had fun inside with the foosball table and had a great meal with the awesome kitchen. Would definitely recommend."

"Our family loved our stay! Our boys enjoyed the game room and of course the pool and hot tub. The locations to the sites we seen was perfect so nothing was a far drive but we were still in a peaceful location. All of this along with the wonderful communication with the hosts is why we will be back!! Thank you for everything!"

"If you are looking for a place for your entire family, this is the place to stay! I checked several houses on Lake Tawakoni and this one by far was the perfect one. The host was extremely nice and responsive and the house was absolutely beautiful!! I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!"

"We traveled to the Metroplex for Spring Break. The home was very clean and well kept. The property is very nice. Check-in was easy and there was a lot of communication with property management. We had a small group, but this location would also be good for a larger family as well. If you plan on doing things on the North and East side of the Metroplex this is a great place to stay."

"Its was literally a WOW experience! It was amazing we had a blast at this beautiful home. There was so much SPACE! My children loved the outdoors & they loved the pool. The only downside was that the pool is very cold there’s no way to heat it. The house was very clean but had a little odor when you first walk in, but if you bring your own sprays you’ll be fine.
