"A valorar en positivo que se encuentra en pleno centro de Arusha y que pese a ello está bastante bien insonorizado. Las mosquiteras pueden ser necesarias de noche ya que las habitaciones no están bien aisladas. A destacar en negativo que no fue posible ducharse con agua caliente; la solución a este problema fue ducharse con un cubo de agua caliente. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. We were 4 adults with 2 rooms and thwy were both beautiful!!! The hotel is so beautifully decorated and thw grounds are stunning. "Rooms are stretched over a beautiful area close to the ocean and are spacey and well maintained. Options of two bars/restaurants with friendly staff; service in general very good - which is rare in Zanzibar. "PLEASE BE AWARE. This place overbooks clients so when you arrive they say there is NO reservation under your name. Then they send you to another location of much lower quality. "I just stayed 2 nights at Casa Umoja. It isn’t a place with all the frills but that is exactly what I was looking for. There is a lot of greenery on the compound and it has all the basics that one needs. Definitely reasonably priced especially when you consider that it includes breakfast. A fruits plate with an assortment of 6-8 local fruits and then some continental breakfast food like eggs and toast. The owners are on site and helpful with answering questions.
