"We were heading to Charleston to look at colleges and this place was right in the middle of our places we needed to visit. We really lucked out. I knew nothing of the area and it was a beautiful, quiet, perfect place six miles from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from Charleston historic area. Our host lived next door and was very personable and accommodating. It was a win-win and we had a beautiful week at Folly Beach. It was heavenly. Thank you!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. "

"We loved the location. Park circle was so fun, we ate at Lola's. The food was great. The house was super cute and nice inside. It was clean and not cluttered (so appreciate that). The drive way was large enough for the boat. We were minutes from the WO Thomas marina( it was a great boat launch). We stopped at Marvins Seafood one day and it was incredible ( fun /good crab cakes and fryed shrimp). Thanks so much. We may have to do this again. "I read the description and reviews thoroughly so I wasn’t surprised by anything. The interstate on-ramp right outside the window isn’t ideal but we knew about it in advance and brought earplugs/sound machines.
