Habitación fresca, ¡por fin!
Estuve muy a gusto en este hotel. La habitación era espaciosa y acogedora al mismo tiempo (habitación superior). Entre los varios tipos de cojín-almohada que había sobre la cama (tres tipos diferentes), encontré uno ideal para mí, ni muy alto ni muy bajo. También me gustó el hecho de que la habitación estaba fresca por defecto, al contrario que en la mayoría de hoteles de España, en los que hay que soportar veintitantos grados centígrados por la noche en los meses fríos, siendo imposible bajar la temperatura por estar centralizada. Había un termostato en el cuarto de baño. Creo que el termostato sólo controla la temperatura del cuarto de baño, donde hay hilo radiante (por lo que el suelo está calentito), pero no el radiador de habitación. De todos modos, esto no fue un problema. El radiador se puede controlar de forma manual, la manilla tiene unos números del 0 al 5. Dormí estupendamente con la manilla puesta en el 2.5. Si vuelvo a Estocolmo, volveré a este hotel. Por cierto, en esta misma calle hay un restaurante chino vegetariano llamado Lao Wai que también os recomiendo.

Sucio y desprolijo
Baño muy pequeño, el lavamanos tan chico que no había lugar para dejar nada en el baño y lo único que ponen en el baño es jabón líquido. Toallas chicas, la tapa del sanitario rota. No tiene caja de seguridad ni cortinas que permitan dejar pasar la luz, tampoco tiene manera de regular la temperatura de la calefacción, no se necesitaba pero estaba calefccionando. Todas las instalaciones muy oscuras y las áreas comunes muy sucias. Lo mejor la ubicación

Hotellet mära T- bana vilket är ett stort plus. Vi tyckte om rummet, men hade nog behövt bättre möjlighet att hänga kläder. Sängarna vad sköna, frukosten var bra, det fanns lite av varje. Vi är nöjda.

Så trevligt äldre lite mindre hotell. Mycket mer personligt än moderna större. Tyst rum och kaffe tillgängligt dygnet runt utan extra kostnad. Enda vi saknade var ett skohorn på rummet.

Not warned about nightime noise disturbance
The hotel itself is 'shabby chique' with every room differently furnished with 'antiques' - four-poster bed; distressed trunks and deskes etc. WiFi is reliable and fast. Breakfast is excellent. The bar food is OK but not all the items were available when we ate there (and there are only about 6 items on the menu). TV selection is poor - BBC World and 4 Swedish channels; no Netflix or streaming. No coffee/tea in room but there is a 24/7 beverage machine in the lobby. No information folder in room ('phone numbers, services, local restaurants etc.) Shower/bath had good water pressure and toiletries were of good quality. BUT...Noise! we were woken at 0430-0500 by trucks being loaded/unloaded from the hotel doorway directly beneath our window and other trucks across the street. This was followed by laundry carts or similar being wheeled noisily across to the Rex hotel opposite (same owners). Staff at reception claimed no knowledge of this and said it must have been other businesses that were responsible. From what I saw from our window this was not the case I cannot believe that no previous guests have not brought this matter to their attention. Guests should be warned and offered alternative quieter accomodation.
