"Sit by the River, listen to the birds, watch the eagles, feel the breeze, and have access to lots of great restaurants, all kinds of music, shopping and historic sites. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi and Roku TV. Very clean, and if you’re lucky you might get to meet a sweet dog named Finn. If you want an “upscale” resort with amenities this is probably not your spot, but we LOVED it! Thanks, Anthony for being a thoughtful host. 😊"

"Beautiful period house with amenities galore. Kitchen full of snacks and coffee to get you going. Be aware there are lots of stairs…no problem for us. One snafu with temperature but I think we just weren’t smart enough to figure out thermostat. St Joe has some amazing museums!"

"The house is extremely unique with a ton of attention to details. That is true for the house and furnishings but also in the way the house is stocked. Unlike other places where you can’t find spare toilet paper this one has everything you need and things can actually be found. No question I would recommend this property to others."

"Clean, centrally located condo in St. Joseph. It was perfect for our needs for a short visit to family in St. Joe. Our host David was communicative and accessible, although we had little need to reach him as everything was well organized and clear. The place was very clean and comfortable. "I was delighted to find this beautifully renovated home in St. Joseph. Ashley thought of every detail including decorating a Christmas tree. Each room looks like it could be in a magazine. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and the kitchen has a good selection of cookware and dishes. We hope to stay here next time we're back in town. Thanks for helping us to have a happy holiday!"

"This home was great for our family and friends stay for my Son’s Benedictine College Graduation. It is about a 25 minute drive to the College but GPS gets you to and from easily and the drive on the country roads is nice, especially in the spring with everything being so green. The host, Christine, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed with many special touches and details including a S’mores basket! You can tell she takes great pride in the home she grew...
