Todo excelente pero lo del selec y sus bebidas premium no es lo que dicen no tienen bebidas 12 Ali en el bar, llegue a eso de la 5 de la tarde y no había nada que comer había que esperar a las 6:30 que abrieran los restaurante.

En general fue buena. Buena comida, buen servicio del personal, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, buenos Shows. Para mejorar aun más la experiencia del cliente en el teatro hace falta más ventilación, hacía mucho calor. Y deberían tener animación para el publico durante el día.

ESTUVE DE ANIVERSARIO POR ESTE MARAVILLOSO HOTEL Y SIN LUGAR A DUDAS ES UN EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA ESTAR EN PAZ Y DESCANSAR EN PAREJA, SI ELIGES LA ZONA SELECT COMO YO TIENES UN SINNÚMERO DE LUGARES EXCLUSIVOS Y MAS ALEJADO PARA PASARLA INCREIBLE CON TU PAREJA. LA ATENCIÓN ES MUY BUENA EMPEZANDO POR EL RECEPCIÓN CON FRANCIS, TAMBIÉN JUAN LUCIANO EL CAMARERO DEL BAR SELECT, UN JOVEN MUY EDUCADO Y SERVICIAL QUE SIEMPRE BUSCA COMO AGRADAR AL CLIENTE. Es un buen hotel con muy buenas facilidades para caminar y sacarse fotos pero con muy pocas actividades de entretenimiento y demasiadas restricciones para el uso de la playa. Sin embargo tiene una vista al mar impresionante con pequeñas piscinas incrustadas en las rocas que son únicas. Los restaurantes y habitaciones son de buena calidad en cuanto a las condiciones y las comidas. Es recomendable...

The property was convenient for persons wishing to see Sosua and not have to deal with certain issues. But was it worth to be called VIP not so much. More like just a regular all inclusive nothing VIP about it.

Room is average at best. Noticed even the lamps were rusted. Staff is just good not great. Pools are dirty and maintained well. Local residents comes in on weekends and cleans out the buffet and you’re left not having very little choices, local are inconsiderate and will push you out of the way. Beach is probably highlight, secluded by the reefs on both sides but local kids and families will find their way in but not discouraged by security.

I enjoyed this place overall. I loved tge service. The food options weren't the best but they can improve. Definitely recomend this place.

Nuestra experiencia en Select Casa Marina fue buena. La habitación muy buena, el restaurante internacional Hermanns es excelente, la comida muy rica. Lo que sí podemos sugerir es tener un buffet separado para la parte de Select, un camarero que realice rondas constantes en la piscina infinita y jacuzzi, porque nos faltó atención en las bebidas dentro de la piscina. Y también que tengan algún maletero en el lobby principal que nos ayude con el equipaje hasta el lobby del Select, ya que tuvimos que cargar nuestro equipaje. Pero en general, el hotel es bien tranquilo y buena experiencia.

The property offered limited dining options and the experience was akin to an elementary school feeding schedule. The water temperature was lukewarm, and the cleaning service took two hours to return with fresh towels, leaving the soiled ones folded in the room until they completed their laundry. Checking out was also challenging as we were asked to return the plastic key and key holder, causing inconvenience when we had a flight to catch. The entertainment options were very limited. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, I was asked to wear a shirt, which was perplexing as I observed many others walking around in bathing suit tops. I strongly recommend against booking the doom buggies excursion, as it was an extremely unpleasant experience. There was also no room service. The phone lines were down the whole time when we reported it nothing was done. They also did not want to provide bottled water and they knew that their water was not drinkable. They even had signs that said not to drink the water ridiculous.

I had an amazing time staff like Isidro #1,Sandy,Denise,segundo,the hospitality was amazing I arrived at 230am,everything in the resort was closed and we were hungry,they made sure at that time, we got food drinks and anything we needed they made us feel like family def recommend and def returning the food was amazing the fruits were so fresh food was delicious rooms were very comfortable.We stayed at the Select section adults only in vip garden room and it was amazing my room was serviced and minifridge restocked daily.The pool views and jacuzzi were amazing Immaculate...

Resort location perfect for a walkable feel of the local area...food...local beach.. restaurant... grocery stores..and bars and clubs..food; n the resort not that great to be honest..but many really good eats a block or two away...overall great location and good resort.

The food in the restaurants was exceptional. The food in the buffet was very good--definitely above average for a buffet, and far better than the buffets we've experienced in Cabo or Cancún. The staff on the 'Select' side were great in every way, and I would have given the staff 5 stars; however, we had a negative interaction with an employee at the main desk in the Casa Marina and Reef. We mistakenly went to that desk to check out, and she was nothing short of rude, treating us like we were her employees (and she would be a terrible boss), instead of valued guests. No one told us that we needed to take our beach towels to the desk on the Select side at checkout, so, communication could have been better. When we went back to the main desk (because it is the only way to get to the parking lot), we observed the same employee talking to other guests. She was ok with Latino guests, but appeared to have no patience when talking with Americans (and I even speak fluent Spanish). Other than her, the site, services and personnel were great.

This resort is the worst all inclusive I'vebeen to. Staff is unresponsive when asked for assistance. We asked 3 different people for a phone as our room was missing one and never got one. We had water leaking through the bathroom ceiling and had to keep using towels to soak the water because staff wouldn't come fix it. The food was horrible and the menus are very limited. Alcohol is off brand and there is absolutely NO difference if you are "select/VIP". All bars have the same cheap liquor.
