La persona de recepción fue muy amable y nos recomendó un muy buen lugar para desayunar en una plaza casi enfrente del hotel. Nuestra camarista estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Nos recomendó un muy buen lugar para comer pescados y mariscos frescos a un precio justo. Muchas gracias!

Buena ubicación y buen precio
El hotel es de fácil acceso. Las habitaciones son cómodas, y el personal muy amable, no tienen desayuno pero cerca del hotel hay varios lugares para desayunar y el precio por noche es bien accesible. Lo único para mencionar es que las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo. De todas formas, si lo que buscan es un hotel donde descansar después de recorrer, esta bueno.

Absolutely aweful. Our room smelt like cigarettes and weed, he refused to put us into another room. On every comment or legitimate complaint, the owner/manager was DEFENSIVE! He was ALWAYS automatically primed to give a defense. I didn’t like this! Example: standing in the bath to shower was very slippery & dangerous. They should have had non-slip appliqués on the tub bottom, but DID NOT! Owner’s response, instead of being concerned for my safety, responded: “Nobody has ever complained about this before!” He TOOK OFFENSE to my comment!😕

We liked everything about our stay here. It was one of the most reasonably priced places in the area for a single room that could accommodate a family of four. But it was still a well-maintained property in a safe area, close to Safeway, Walgreens, fast food and a nice walking trail around some wetlands. We were also able to walk to the beach. Costco, Point Lobos and Asilomar/Pacific Grove were a short drive away. Do visit the last two if you like nature. The room was quite large and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable. There is an ice machine that is free for guests with the room key. The other guests were very quiet and considerate. The housekeeper was a very pleasant and hard-working person and the owner was on the premises clearly taking a very active role in the upkeep of the property.

It was a basic hotel. Nothing extravagant. It's an older hotel, a little run-down, but good for the price and was what I needed. It was in a convenient location to where I had to go during my stay. The manager and the maid were friendly and helpful. They answered my questions about where the ice machine was located. The bed was comfortable. It had WIFI, a cable TV, lights on each side of the bed, a table with 2 chairs, a microwave and a refrigerator. It fulfilled my basic needs.

lo unico es el ruido la habitacion 117 cada 20 min o 30 en la noche se prendia un ruido terrible de agua o gas o no se de que que no me dejo dormir, ya me he quedado aqui ante sy no me habia tocado ese ruido, fue terrible, fuera de eso el hotel es limpio, centrico cerca de monterrey 6min, 4 min del mar y hay tiendas y restaurantes cerca. el staff muy amable!

Limpio amplio y accesible la persona de front desk muy atenta y eficiente! Se l lugar limpio y cerca de tiendas o restaurantes de comida rápida! Bastante accesible el costo! Y l cuarto amplio y limpio!

Very little sleep
Window covering did not keep out strong outside lights at night ,water pressure was too high, and faucets were extremely loud as was shower. Not good ceiling sound barrier . Upstairs guests very loud.
