"This was a fine place to stay, the security was fantastic, friendly and helpful. the place was clean. Lacking in a few kitchen items. Interesting that for the water to work, we sometimes would need to turn on the faucet and let the water be on for 5-10 min before any water would come out. (we had to reach out to the land lord to figure this out). We loved the view and would stay again if needed"

"The apartment only had 1 AC unit which was controlled by WIFI. It was set at 68 degrees and that was very uncomfortable. It was way too warm. I feel the price was too high and the apartment was too small for what we paid. Also the parking spot was too small and it was a nightmare to try and park there."

"It’s a very nice and quiet place, my only problem after my second day there was no water , I have to buy gallons of water to use the bathroom and I had to take shower at my friend house . I think if they fix that issue, you won’t have any problems with this place ."

"Home could had been so much better for the price they were asking for. The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced. "This apartment is accurately depicted in the listing: it is comfortably furnished and a good size for a group of two or three (I was there with a friend). It is off the direct beach area, so probably quieter at night than places right on the water, but really easy to get to various restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Check in was easy and everything in the apartment worked well. It was really nice to have access to a gym."
