Tiene una excelente ubicación, el desayuno que dan es muy conveniente, solamente nos tocó un olor desagradable en la habitación pensamos que por ser pet friendly pudiera oler así, aunque limpiaban la habitación diario seguía el olor.

Situando en buen lugar solo que muy incomoda por que mucho ruido en pasillos y cuartos, olor a marihuana en pisos, creo que esto deberían de poner más atención ya que es un olor muy desagradable y ofrecen habitaciones de no fumar y la gente fuma dentro de ellas y no me refiero a cigarrillos sino a marihuana.

En esta ocasión el piso que nos tocó muy ruidoso y olía muchísimo a marihuana, creo que deberían de checar mucho eso ya que se supone que son habitaciones de no fumar.!

Excelente hotel en un lugar cercano a todo. Totalmente recomendado, pequeño pero el servicio fue bueno muy bonito decorado. El cuarto es pequeño pero eso no era problema. En general, buena ubicación, buen servicio y muy limpio y bonito.

Muy buen hotel en el centro de San Francisco
Un hotel muy funcional, cómodo y limpio. Muy bien situado, al lado de la puerta del Dragón de ChinaTown. Aunque la gran pega, es que no ofrecen desayuno, tiene 2 restaurantes adyacentes en los cuales lo puedes hacer; en el lobby te ofrecen regular coffee de manera gratuita, y tienen un mostrador con productos de alimentación a la venta, en caso de necesidad. El personal del hotel fue amable y cordial. Muy recomendable este hotel.

La ubicacion es inmejorable. Muy bien comunicado con transporte publico, rodeado de restaurantes variados y tiendas. Ofrecen café gratuito a lo largo de la.mañana pero si se queda corto justo enfrente hay un Starbucks y alado una cafeteria francesa que ofrecen desayunosndeliciosos. Las habitaciones tienen el tamaño justo, nosotros estabamos en una normal y no nos falto espacio. Cuenta con detalles como poder conectar tu tablet a la tv para poder ver Netflix. A pesar de haber una obra pegada al hotel no oimos ningun ruido. Teniendo en cuenta lo caros que son los hoteles en san San Francisco sin duda este hotel es una excelente opción calidad precio.

Right at the Dragon Gate in Chinatown area. Nice French bistro next door, an Irish pub down the alley, chowder/seafood two doors down. Fairly modern, but cost. Front desk staff very accommodating.

The location is very good and it is easy to go to the popular spots. The staff was very hospitable. Free breakfast and happy time in the afternoon are provided. Only the breakfast area is a little small, and it would be better if there is an egg option. The height of the tub is a little high, which is not very convenient for my pregnant wife, an Asian woman.

The room was clean with nice amenities. I took advantage of the continental breakfast (mostly just muffins, bagels, fruit, and coffee) and happy hour which was a nice perk with quite a selection. The staff was very friendly and the location was fantastic! I do agree with another reviewer that the shower door design could be better because water gets all over the floor. I wish I had time to hit the fitness center. Overall I would stay again!

The biggest problem we experienced was that the toilet didn’t work the night we checked in. There was no water in the tank. It looked like there was no water pressure to the 7th floor. Secondly, the breakfast room has only two tables in a crammed small room. So there was no place to sit, once you have a few guests in there already. The food items were a few not-so-fresh pastries types, possibly from Costco. We ended up not having anything and left. When we booked our hotels, we specifically searched for ones with the breakfast option. We felt we’ve been cheated in this case. Third, there was a $43 resort fee, but there were no amenities. Valet parking for SUV was quoted for $85, which we didn’t use. Overall, it’s quite a disappointing experience.

We are sorry for the water pressure issue that we experienced but fortunately it was quickly remedied. The Urban Amenity Fee is disclosed on all of our booking channels so that the customer is aware of the full cost of the stay. The "American" Continental Breakfast includes assorted pastries/bread, juices, fresh whole fruit and coffee/tea. The fee also includes complimentary Wi-Fi, fitness room access, welcome fortune cookies, a 5 Grab and Go voucher, our FloWater purified water station, daily Continental Breakfast and Happy Hour and a 10% discount at Cafe de la Presse and Amorino. We appreciate your business.

Very friendly staff. The only downside was room was very hot and the air conditioning would constantly turn off never cooling the room off.

I can't say enough great things about this Hotel. We stayed for 4 days and loved everything this location offered. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the location was central to everything we wanted to do and we felt extremely safe in the surrounding areas. The room was small but perfectly cozy. We enjoyed the daily happy hour, breakfast, gym, water machines, and updated decor. We would love to stay here the next time we are in San Fransisco.

Très joli hôtel et très propre. Personnel sympathique, poli et courtois. Déjeuner continental de bonne qualité et en bonne quantité. Un petit point à améliorer pour être un peu mieux côté environnemental serait de délaisser l'utilisation de la vaisselle à usage unique.
