Dear Mrs./Mr. D, We are very embittered to receive this review, however we would also like to inform you that from our hotel to your next destination, your pouch could have been stolen/lost in the public transport or at the airport. We are only aware of this matter now as unfortunately you did not call or email the hotel (or specify your name/reservation number or room number) to ask or mention this incident. We have never received any similar complaint in the past. We offer a free safe in each room for the convenience of our guests.
